Dillard's

I cannot express how helpful, friendly and accommodating Brenda in Women's Clothing was today. She worked so hard to help me find the right style and fit of dress for my needs. She made me look forward to returning in the future and I will seek her out for her knowledge and hospitality. The store is great as always.

Had the BEST experience recently shopping for pageant dresses at Dillard’s in Pierre Bossier Mall. The associate who works in the gown dept was helpful, friendly, accommodating….i cannot say enough about her. She made mine and my daughters’ experience so much better/easier and definitely left confident with our purchases!!!

I went in today to exchange a perfume I got yesterday and Natalie from Clinique was the most understanding, soft-spoken person that I have dealt with at Dillards ever. I told her that I was skeptical about going in because I didn’t want my money back. I just wanted to exchange it that the perfume did not stay on me. She was so helpful and I wound up spending over $100 with her as well. I will go back to her and tell other people about her. Thank you for not making me feel bad about bringing something back that I did not want.

Jacob in the Men’s Suits department was incredibly helpful. He was a master at his craft and he helped out so much with helping me pick out a wedding suit. If you want a tailor who knows his stuff, look for Jacob in the men’s department.

Employees are very friendly and willing to assist you. Store is clean and their bathroom is very clean

Gorgeous formal gown selection. Wow! Pricey but unique. Found sizes up to 16 & 18. Love the material & quality of the elegant dresses & suits for any occasion. Friendly, non pressure customer service. Easy to try on clothes!

Ann Black is the best sales lady!!! My personal favorite!!!

I got my wife some perfume for Christmas. The sales person showed me a really big basket of things that were a great value. I walked in expecting to get a single bottle, and was very happy with the look on my wife's face when she saw what Santa Claus brought her! Totally worth it!

Dillards has top notch intelligent experts working in every department their customer service is beyond compare so I’ve decided to ditch Victoria’s Secret for a store that bends over backwards to help me find what I need, treat me with respect and kindness-if you want high quality goods with expertise and kind respectful service look no further.
I love you Dillards thank you for hiring people who actually care about the customers.

I love this store. I love the great layout of it. I love the helpful staff and the huge variety of items they have to offer. People say it is expensive but you have to know how to shop it! There are sales and clearances! I will continue to shop here for many years to come!

This Dillard's is by far the best thing this mall has! If you need helping finding the perfect bra for a special occasion (or for everyday wear!) Ms. Ann is your lady! She's the best. Sweet, honest & knows her stuff. This Dillard's truly has great customer service. I'll be back sooner than later for sure!

I went to look for a pair of boots that I saw in the Bossier store and I have to get them. I was in the mall already anyways so I was like save my gas , right?! Dillard's is high, they always have been. But one thing is certain, you get what you pay for!! Period!! You always know you're getting quality products/ merchandise!! The service is the same, I've never seen anything other than professional, courteous staff .

My husband couldn't find the perfume I wear so Ms.Elena B.in the Lance area, wrapped a special note with a sample of the current best selling product and a gift card. She helped me when I returned after Christmas to spend my card. She is so friendly and professional.

Yolanda, the salon manager, is very professional and personable. She has a humble spirit.

Took my niece shopping for bras today. The customer service person who's name is Ruby was phenomenal. She really knew her stuff. She taught us about extenders. She was so helpful in finding my niece the right bra. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years. I would recommend your store just because of the caliber of your employee.

Dillard's in Pierre Bossier Mall in Bossier City, Louisiana was excellent! The customer service was great and the store was organized for customers to readily find their desired items. This is a favorable positive compared with my horrible experience at the Dillard's in Saint Vincent mall in Shreveport, Louisiana
