I was able to do contactless renting (was comfortable doing so since I had seen the property before) and could access my unit for the first time when it was convenient for me! Everyone on the phone were super easy to work with, especially Tyler, they were very helpful in answering all of my questions!

At first, it wasn't great. I was not treated well as well as was uninformed which caused me to have to pay more than was understood. I tried to have my situation rectified and was met with rudeness and an unwilling attitude to treat me as a valued customer. A few days later, I received a call from the manager Tyler, and he was very professional, kind, understanding and, rectified the issue with great customer service which is why I give Extra Space storage a five star rating. They typically are an amazing company. Thank you Tyler for your saving grace! I am once again a satisfied and very happy customer!!!

We were having an issue of paying a premium price for a second level unit and the elevator being out of order nearly every time we went. We talked to Tyler and he did everything he could to right the situation. We are very happy with the outcome and with the exemplary service we received from Tyler! I would recommend friends and family to use ExtraSpace after this experience.

Such an easy process to book online! When I got on site and discovered I'd rented too small of a space, it was even easier to get into a larger unit right away. Tyler (the manager) even reached out afterwards to make sure all was well with rental and process.

Store Manager Tyler worked with me to lower my monthly rate to my preferred payment level after using ESS for a year. Happy to see a manager willing to work with a customer to find a payment that works for all parties. Quite helpful when the belt is tightening these days!

I’m a neat freak but having a daughter who loves to collect stuffies, squishymellows, dinosaurs, dragons…… man the list doesn’t stop and a storage unit was the best way for her to keep her items organized and safe. Ive been using Extra Space for two years now and I couldn’t be happier with Travis and his team.

I needed storage in a hurry, so I got online and looked at my options. ExtraSpace was well-liked, had a very competitive rate for a larger unit, and is fully a part of the 21st century (because you can get yourself setup entirely online). For me, the whole thing was about as smooth as glass.

They have good prices and work with there clients well and the staff are always courteous and respectful to helpful with what ever problem u may have, and the keep the units clean along with the grounds and office.

Tyler was super helpful in walking us through the process. As a nonprofit looking for an affordable unit in a centrally located area this spot was hard to beat. Thanks again Tyler, you made this process super easy to navigate.

The Extra Space Storage on South State Street was amazing. This was the first storage unit I have ever rented and it was so unbelievably easy and painless to activate an account, start paying rent and move my stuff in and then wrap up and move out. All of the people that I interacted with were so very kind and helpful. Particularly I have talked with Victor and Tyler many times and they are amazing! This storage unit the price was rite. The place was clean,the hours was rite and the security was outstanding. When I moved out they understood my concerns.WOULD GO GET ANOTHER STORAGE SHED HERE. THE COST WAS LOWER THAN THE OTHers.
