Dinner at the bar, food and drinks were amazing. Service top notch. Well worth the cost! Steak was melt in your mouth!!! Risotto had the best bite and was packed with lobster!

What's not to love about this place! Best steaks in town the service is amazing as well as the atmosphere and ambiance. If you're looking for an amazing dining experience this is it!

Traditional decor/slightly strip mall vibes for the location, but food was amazing. First time dining here as I'm new to the Shreveport area. My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We were sat away from the louder music (that's fine, just we want to hear our convos, lol). Service was decent. The food was outstanding, though. My partner is a total foodie (and we're both sometimes hard to please), but we both enjoyed everything. Crab cakes/macaroni & cheese is what I got for my entree. Both were amazing. The rustic caesar was yummy. Different, but it worked. The filet oscar was the special -- best béarnaise sauce with crab meat. My partner said it's likely the best steak dinner he's had. Creme brûlée to end the night -- amazing. Best I've had. And the drinks were great, too! French 75 is my go-to, and it was perfect. Will definitely be back!

The food was phenomenal 😋. Executive Chef John was amazing ran into him talking about the dish in detail and also spoke upon something that bothered me a bit about the service side of things. The only small issue I ran into was the military discount question. It's unfortunate that we don't get discounts with the substantial price which is completely acceptable because the food, atmosphere, and service from the staff is 10/10. But, I believe those that serve deserve some slack with a discount cause anything helps with our business to any establishment. Again this place is amazing do not sleep on this restaurant at all.

We had a delicious lunch, service was great. Second time here when visiting from out of town.

Quail BBQ was delicious, never had quail before. I'd say quail is the steak of poultry. The crab cakes were really good as well. It's been awhile since I had some good crab cakes. Maybe y'all ought to teach Maryland a thing or 2 lol. The desert was awesome. Never had that either and boy was it good. Only complaint I have is the lighting in the bar area way to dark. Shrimp Scampi was good however very garlicky.

After having a reservation disappointed at Ernest’s restaurant. 2 Johns had reservations and walk-ins. This was a lovely restaurant and our waitress Kelsey was amazing. This place has customer service to its finest. I highly recommend to be a must try especially over Ernest’s restaurant. Staff was very friendly and the Vallet service was awesome.

Food was absolutely amazing. Took my wife there for date night. Definitely worth every penny. Great experience all around. Thank you 2johns staff for making our experience amazing!

This place is spectacular! The ambience is incredible! The tone is set perfectly for a birthday celebration, anniversary dinner, date night, etc! And let’s not get started on the waiter Ben…he is amazing, super nice and so funny! He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the food and drinks! He gives the best suggestions on the menu just let him know the occasion! My birthday dinner was PERFECT because of Ben! He knows how to get you to spend those Benjamins lol But seriously if you are considering going here please don’t give it a second thought…..get there! I will definitely be back! This is now one of my top favorite places and I came from Dallas where there is Ruth Chris, Bobs Steakhouse, Ocean Prime, etc… I will choose this place over all them! Don’t hesitate…get there!!

This is my new FAVORITE restaurant! My wife surprised me with a date night (made reservations), and this restaurant exceeded all expectations in Bossier City.

Richard in the complimentary valet service was excellent. He opened my door for me and greeted both me and my wife with such professionalism. Also, he was constantly running to get vehicles so that customers had minimal waits.

Anthony made sure our glasses were never empty, fresh bread was on the table, extra dishes were removed from the table between meal courses, and packaged our left overs for us with such grace and elegance once our dinner was complete.
Scott was our waiter. He was attentive, and provided us with excellent meal recommendations. Scott serviced us with the upmost professionalism and hospitality. He was never far, and made sure we wanted for nothing.

We ordered steak, pork chops, and an extra side of mac & cheese. Our food arrived in approximately 15 mins. I sampled both entrees, and both were AMAZING! Pork chops on that bed of mashed sweet potatoes was my favorite. It was all succulent and tender. The other reviews were honest in regards to their customer service and food quality/taste! Zero disappointments.

Date night was a success! My wife and I decided at dinner that we’ll be returning, and hope to be on a 1st name basis soon. 10/10 definitely recommend!

My father recently passed away and this was his favorite steakhouse. My family and I came in from out of town and came here as a final send off for him. We couldn't have asked for a better meal with a better staff. They truly treat you like family here and explain menu options in great detail. The food couldn't have been better. I had the best crab cakes and steak au poivre I could have dreamed of. I don't typically like fish, but even I enjoyed the salmon and grupper. My brother had a fantastic old fashion that he says was the best he has had on 6 continents. I couldn't find a bad thing to say about this experience if I tried. Thank you John and Greg for a fantastic farewell dinner. It would have made my dad's heart full to have shared this special restaurant and dining experience with his kids.

Love this place , I think it need to be more lunch days , with more varieties, because my job orders from here about 4-5 days a week ,

And that burger on the lunch menu me so 🔥! Whew , at least give us Friday and Saturday lunch please.

Paige was our cocktail waitress. She has the best personality and answered any questions with a tremendous smile and attitude. I told her my eating preference and had her pick my food for me... Trust me let them surprise you if you can. She arrived with Crab Meat Au Gratin for the appitizer, seared sea bass with mashed potatoes and grits for the entree. It was exquisite in both taste and preparation. I will gladly come back to experience this atmosphere again.

The absolute best copper river salmon. I've tried other restaurants this time of year, but nothing compares to how 2Johns prepares. It's literally heaven.
The drinks are perfect. The staff is very knowledgeable on pairing the right Pinot too go with the meal ("Flowers" I had last year. .this year I tried Turley (not a pinot, but damn....)

Get the salmon now when it's on season.

Just wow! I could not have asked more from a meal. I was blown away! Service was also excellent. Very pricey- so be prepared, but it was delicious. Highly recommend!

Believe all the reviews! Food, service, and ambiance was top tier. We had the Grouper, trout, and salmon. All were tasted like they look! Lawd!!
