Atlanta Motor Speedway

Perfectly family friendly experience if you have never gone! My family have always been NASCAR fans, it was our first time out on the tracks worth the experience most likely be back next year. We witness a blood moon sunset as the race finish such beauty. I suggest park away from the entrance, once it’s over the traffic flow is rough and everyone is tired. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks-long as they are NOT GLASS. 2 bags per person, also suggest bring yourself a cushion.

Spent the weekend in Club One. Service was amazing, food was great and the Cup race was edge of the seat intense the whole time. I wasn't impressed with the truck and xfinity races, which I usually look forward to. Will be back in September.

We went to the Ambetter 400 and had a blast. Free parking had so many people tailgating and having a good time. The fan zone had so much to do and see. The staff was top notch, I'm handicap and hav3 difficulties walking and the staff saw me got me a seat to wait for a golf cart to take me up the hill. The fans here are a hoot. Atlanta is completely different from our regular Daytona but they are both wonderful in there own way. Atlanta is racetrack every race fan needs to experience at least once! We will be back!

Best thing ever! I enjoyed every moment here for the race. The food options were plenty but the prices for souvenirs was a bit much.

The reconfigured Atlanta Motor Speedway provides some of the best racing you will find anywhere! LOTS of passing and constant action. No boring follow the leader eacing here!!

First Nascar race ever and it did not disappoint! The facility is clean and has lots of choices for food, and bathroom waits were never long. Be prepared for a parking nightmare after the race. Help is needed to direct cars further in the dirt lot to move cars forward faster and out.

Had a great time , 3 lap ride along , then 8 min diving experience, killer fun 4 sure , top 148.5 mph

Over the years I have been to this track for races, car shows, Christmas lights and Monster Jam.....and every experience has been excellent!! Parking is easy, facility is clean, lots of staff to ask for help and the track is just amazing! Keep up the good work and I will see you in September for my next race visit.

Awesome track that is conveniently located not too far from the airport for easy access and you’re able to view the whole track from almost any seat in the house. Definitely plan to go back!

Nice experience! Went there for a race and had a good time. An employee offered us a ride up from the front, and I'm sure glad we took advantage of it. The vendor food pricing was a bit high, but it's expected. We will be back!

First time at Atlanta Motor Speedway...awesome experience for the truck and Xfinity races...only downfall is the way overpriced concessions and the quality, worst ever at any sporting event

It was my first visit and the fanzine was packed. There is great people watching. So much so, the race was secondary. I even got to talk to Ross Chastain.

This video and pics are from 2022 Foam Glow 5K race. I had so much fun, I purchased tickets for 2023, unfortunately it was cancelled and there was no refund. Also, if you attend, fyi, you run around the track in dirt and gravel and not on the track itself. But it was so much fun! Please Foam Glow show up for 2024!

Great time watching Kyle Busch winning the truck race. Also, there for xfinity racing car #43 racing for Classic Collision.

Was full of smiles the whole time i was there. The roaring of the engines against the stadium, instantly lit my face up with a non stop smirk and grin that didn't die down.

I visited the Atlanta Motor Speedway with my husband for the Georgia State Fair. It was an easy process. $10 for parking. Admission to the venue was $10 or $5 for the senior rate. We had a great time. We just walked around and enjoyed watching everyone else have fun. We also ate some VERY TASTY fair food! Funnel cake, turkey leg, corn dog, chicken kabob, Mexican corn in the cup, and an icee. All, SOOOOO good!

We had a great time. The volunteers giving rides were so nice. The gentlemen we had(wish I got his name) was so funny.

Down side. Everything is very pricey. Can't get autographs unless you buy something(hard to do when they have so many signing and everything so exsoensive).

We will be back!! Love the racing and the people were very nice. It was clean. You can bring small Coolers. The staff was dancing and having a good time with the fans, while doing their jobs.
Great time for all ages.

Update: 0710/23:
Went to my first NASCAR event the Quaker 400. I'm a tad claustrophobic so being so close to everyone took a tad to adjust to. The atmosphere is awesome and security was especially tight.

The event was super fun and considering the number of people it was still a blast. I love how you can bring your own beverages.

While I didn't get any I observed others getting concession food and it smelled amazing. I saw this one massive dessert this one person has!

Couple of observations for improvements. Better labeling of which restrooms are handicap friendly would be beneficial. When it does rain as it did ai completely agree driver safety is important. That said, AMS also put many people in dangerous situations. I myself, cannot see well, my father is in a wheelchair and can't see st all. My mother is on oxygen and started to run extremely low due to the length of time to get the carts running again.

There needs to be a better plan in place while also protecting everyone. I would had hated to see something happened to my mother because her oxygen ran out. She literally ran back to the vehicle to get her spare to save herself. Accidents occur sure but neg ligence has conrented property.uences.

One last observation and this one really isn't bad as they fixed it but it should had never happened. I had specific seat tickets and they were took by two people who the track manager quote , "could have these seats". Manager or not there is never an excuse to give away another person's rented property.

Old July 4th Review;
The July 4th fireworks live up to their name of best fireworks show on Southside of Atlanta! You could say the City of Griffin was blown out of the park so to speak.

Overall very clean and very friendly staff/volunteers. I got tickets to the game Sunday and will update review afterwards.

TERRY MILLER IS THE BOMB and the suites were pretty amazing been working on getting in there for 40 years and wasn’t disappointed with the results at all

Monster Jam was a cool experience to take the kids to. We really enjoyed ourselves! The traffic getting out flowed pretty well considering the amount of people trying to leave all at once. Great job AMS TEAM!
