My husband and I LOVE shopping with twisted vapes. Seriously if you want delta 8, support this local business. Customer service is great and so are their products. I love the variety. As long as I live in Hampton, we will continue to only do our business with them! Highly recommend!!! I wish they had a website so I could recommend to friends who aren’t local.

Prices are amazing, the quality of the mods and juices are the best I have ever had. Plus the customer service is without a doubt the greatest I have ever seen. The selection of juices and all other products was really good,and the staff had great knowledge to help get you started. Definitely recommend.

I went here after my wife spoke about going here months prior. When I tell you the customer service was PHENOMENAL! I knew nothing about Vapes and walked out confident in operating and owning my new Aegis Mini Vape with juice. The Staff and owner were extremely polite and friendly as well. Me and my wife both walked out with what we desired and plan to frequent this establishment. I’ve already told many of my friends about twisted vape and they plan to shop there . It was a sigh a relief being that I work customer service and felt like a valued customer my first time.

Such a great staff!! That makes all the difference when shopping for vapes!! Because if you are anything like me-with very limited knowledge of "all things that are vape related" it can be very intimidating, but the staff make you feel so relaxed and welcome there!! They will answer any question that you may have-and they are happy to do so!! The VERY BEST vape shop I have ever been to...HANDS DOWN!! LOVE ❤ THEM!!

The atmosphere is amazing. The customer service is always top notch. The product selection is second to none. They don’t run you out the door like other vape shops. They introduce you to the newest items in the market and have a dedicated lounge area for you to try them at. 5 stars all around.

This is my new location to purchase stuff for my hookah. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is perfect to shop at if you are looking for a specific product that other locations may not have as well. Give them a try!

Love this place. Has EVERYTHING we need at AFFORDABLE PRICES! The staff is the MOST DOWN TO EARTH! They have Vape Shop Items for Hookah Stuff and Smoke Shop Items with the BEST little Cool Gadgets! We have bought 3 E HOOKAHS from Twisted Vapes and our clients LOVE THEM and our small selective rare find juice flavors we provide! Thanks GUYS!!! Its Definitely TWISTED! And I didnt even mention the mini game lounge. 2K AND FORTNITE!!! THEEEEEE BEST.

I will start this review off by saying Austin is a life saver , I came in to the shop Sunday looking for a vape device but the employee working didn’t seem to know a lot about the devices so I called my brother he referred me to this amazing vape shop and told him about my experience and he informed me to try coming back on Wednesday or Thursday that’s when I went and the employee there was nothing less then perfect so I agreed and came back Wednesday and needless to say I’m no longer a smoker of 25 years thanks to austin and his amazing breakdown of the entire vaping experience I would’ve thought he was the owner of the shop just how enthusiastic and uplifting he spoke about vaping true passion right there I wish I had employees working for me just like him but anyways this is a good shop with good inventory but the real grabber is the customer service if I would’ve paid cash he would definitely got a tip don’t worry I’ll be back to spend another $200 with you austin and twisted vapes👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Man that guy V-Time the owner helped me with my many attachment and mod questions and went out of his way to host a 2k tournament in the vape shop strickly for money to help pay for my lil brother chemo man that place , the vibe, and owner is positive and really doing great things for the community great place to do business..
