Everyone, from the front desk to the prep department, anesthesiologist, my doctor and the recovery nurse, all of them were wonderful. They made me comfortable, they were kind and very nice! No one really enjoys having to have medical procedures done but it’s necessary and it really is so much better when the staff not only is experienced and knowledgeable but pleasant and kind! If I had to give them a grade, it would definitely be an A+

I love South Baldwin Hospital. I have spent countless hours in ER and have always had a wonderful experience. Caring kind staff eager to resolve your needs. Heart Cath lab is top notch. I’ve had multiple visits with the staff and again, the care was outstanding.

My husband received excellent care the entire time he was in this hospital. Everyone was friendly and appeared to enjoy making his stay comfortable and pleasing. We left after 6 days and never experienced one negative encounter from the cleaning personnel up to the staff of nurses and Doctors.

Dr Andrew Dukes is a knowledgeable and compassionate physician. I rarely have to wait very long at all to be called back just as today I waited 5 minutes. Blood work & EKG was done at the office and I was scheduled for a bone density. The office is very nice with large comfortable waiting rooms. I recommend this group if anyone is looking for great Doctors.

I had an excellent experience with my recent surgery. Went in for a pre-admit the day before. Everyone I saw was kind, helpful, and explained everything very thoroughly. The nursing staff was terrific, and a special shout-out to Candace who took great care of me after the procedure. Thank you!

I always have a good experience when I go to South Baldwin. The workers there are always courteous and pleasant. There is rarely much wait time in the lobby, especially if your procedure or test is scheduled. There is also the added bonus of getting test results back very quickly with the MyHealthHome patient portal. I’ve gotten most of mine the same day as my tests. I highly recommend South Baldwin Regional Medical Center.

I was so surprised and overwhelmed at the 1st rate care I have received. From the moment I walked into the clinic until I left, I was so impressive by the level of care I received. I’ve never encountered a more competent and caring staff!! My doctor listened intently and addressed all of my concerns!! What a fabulous experience!!!

They are always on time with my appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dr Webb and Rachael aways make you feel like you're their only patient of the day. They go over your treatment thoroughly and always have time for questions. A very nice and helpful experience.

I had knee replacement surgery at South Baldwin yesterday. Every single petson I encountered was kind and pleasant. Requests were answered quicky, i have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. Many thanks for a job well done!

They made every effort to make me feel safe and taken care of. Dr. Thornton, nurse Carolyn and other attending nurses were so nice, professional, concerned and attentive to my serious condition and needs. The facility was super clean!

I didn’t like having to go to the hospital, but I really liked this hospital. The doctors and nurses were very professional and everyone was so friendly. It was the best experience I have ever had in a hospital.

Of having to use your emergency facility in Gulf Shores & hospital in Foley the last 2 years . We would like to make a statement as to your commitment to serving. All staff , all nurses all doctors we were involved with as great as could possibly been. Heads up thumbs up keep up the great work

Having a Cat Scan at this facility was a very good experience. The registration process was efficient, the radiology staff were supportive and kind, the environment is clean and the scanning machine appears to be new. I showed up for my appointment early and they performed the scan immediately and quickly.

I had the most wonderful experience at your medical center. Everyone was so kind. We are visiting and I broke my ankle on bike. I could not have been in a better place away from home to have an accident. So professional. A class. Keep up your excellent standard and care you give!!!!

I had to go in for imaging, not not the ER section. I was treated effectively and kindly. The tech was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. She had a great pleasant attitude, with a smile.

Very professional and efficient outpatient procedure. From admin to health care personnel they took great care of me. Probably should include check in time in addition to appointment time on email reminder. Otherwise it was a terrific outpatient experience and I will be back, thanks!

I was in and out with such kindness and great hospitality from everyone. The X-ray technician was very gentle and with great bedside manners!
If anyone is ever in need of an emergency situation or in need of X-rays from your Dr, you will be glad you went.

We received very impressive service at South Baldwin Regional Medical Center! Top notch ER doctor, nurses, techs and transport. We were so very happy with their professionalism, knowledge, promptness, patience and kindness. We were always kept informed of any progress and/or results of a test, procedure, visit, etc. We were made comfortable during the entire process (in the ER and in our room) and very impressed with the follow-up after arriving home. Again, too notch folks! Only wish this Alabama team was closer to our home in Florida!!

The staff makes you feel at home and like family. They show empathy and compassion. They take the time to listen and make sure you leave with all your needs met and that you were well taken care of. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor than Jenny.

The surgical staff was fantastic! I had a biopsy and colonoscopy within a month and both experiences were top notch! The nursing staff and physicians were extremely professional and compassionate.
