Store clerk Natalie Displayed AMAZING Service. She diligently provided "HANDS ON" Customer Service by assisting me with finding attire to a special event of mine. She was so personable and patient. Instead of pointing towards a section, she walked towards each section she recommended. Ive never experience service like this and because of it I will try this store again for sure.

I've heard stories about how hard it is to work at F21 because of all that goes on. Despite it being hectic when I went, all of the employees were very nice about answering my questions. It was my first time there so I kept getting lost (the store is MASSIVE; it's much like the one @ Lenox Square) looking for different sizes of the same shirt. Sweet staff, wonderful selection!

Dressing room are still out of order in 9 of 2020 which is a bumper and so freaking inconvenient but thanks to Corona. A sales associate recommended I buy it and go try it on in the mall bathroom if I don't like it I can bring it back and that's what I did. The red dress was bomb and the orange I added for more color and texture but idk havent worn it yet

Overall, it is a great place to shop. There is a wide variety of items all at low prices. I will definitely be returning to this location again.

The only place me and the hubby can sho in together. We spend under 100 dollars and clean up. My work and leisure attire comes from here!!! Love it
