These guys are really amazing landlords and worked with my family in so many ways to make our experience top-notch as renters in Peachtree City, Georgia. Would definitely rent from them again without any reservations. We had an awesome experience.

Tri-City has been managing a property for me for decades. They have been wonderful. My property has never been vacant for more than a month whenever there was a change in tenancy. I did a renovation on my rental a year ago, and they got the job done well and within budget. They have terrific vendors that are reasonably priced and do a great job. Their responsiveness is quick and efficient and give you personal, focused service as if you're the only customer! If there comes a time that I decide to sell, I know they will handle the transaction with great care - because they truly care! If you are looking to buy a rental property, I would very highly recommend the impeccable services offered by Tri-City. A+++

This is a family-owned and family-operated business and they do such a fantastic job! As a renter in a house managed by Tri-City, I can't speak highly enough about them. The second I notified them of an issue -- even a minor one -- they were on top of it and corrected things with the nicest contractors who did phenomenal work! I also have a little insight into how they take care of the property owners and I vow, when I get a rental property in this area, Tri-City will be the only ones who manage it.

Further, we ended up buying the house we were renting from them, and they made things very easy for us and fought to get everything to the finish line for both us and the previous owners. I can't speak highly enough about them.

I can't speak highly enough of Cindy and her team. They are our 3rd property management company since 2003. We have a long-distance rental and have not had one issue using this group and have used them for the past several years (5+). They are extremely thorough and competent. Our home stays rented and with well-qualified candidates. We are very happy with their service and I DO recommend them to anyone wanting to use their home as a rental.

JD was awesome while helping us find a house. Super responsive and quick to set up showings whenever possible, even let us bug him on his off days (though, be a good customer and don't do that, the man has a life.) He's super knowledgeable of the metro Atlanta market, and even predicted price fluctuations. Did good with negotiating and helped us to get a house at a few thousand under appraisal price. Definitely recommend him to everyone.
