Google maps will likely take you to the wrong entrance (FIX PLEASE!!!) but the post office itself is nice!
Plenty of parking, plenty of PO Boxes, and even when there is only one worker up front the employees are friendly and work quickly to move the line through.

Great customer service at this location. I had to visit the post office twice within two 2 days. The first time I was helped by a lady with short hair. She was so patient with me and my children. I had a crying newborn and a line behind me so I was a bit frustrated. However, she was very helpful, professional, and kind. The next day a gentleman helped me and he was very professional and knowledgeable. It felt really great to experience 5 star service both days. Google maps does not take you to the entrance of this building. It takes you to the back where the employees are loading their mail trucks.

Best USPS experiences I’ve had. Sheilia made it super easy and went over options to best fit my needs. She and her gentleman coworker were very nice and helpful to everyone there.

Super friendly service was rendered by both post office employees. Happy greetings and provided packing box and check the rates as well. Also, super courteous at the counter. Showed me where to find the tracking number and call number as well. I would definitely comeback to this post office. Today is 11 Apr 2019 and 1650 hrs. Definitely five star service was provided to me. Super happy !!!!! Job well done.

I send packages regularly and Bossier City Post Office (Benton Spur) is always quick and easy. I just got off the phone with the most helpful service clerk. I didn't get his name but he was patient with me and kind. Great staff!

I had the greatest experience here...my postman accidentally took my mail back to the post office instead of delivering it and the ladies at this location were so kind and helpful. They never made me feel silly for having no idea how this happened and they solved my problem in a matter of minutes!

The ladies and gentleman that run this post office are always friendly and great to deal with. They get slammed everyday around closing time, and they always give great service. If you can, do them a favor and come early!

Aside from the inside of the building needing a bit of a cleanup, this building is a pretty reliable post office in terms of employees and service. It usually takes only a matter of minutes, not hours, for what you need delivered or done to be done.

Friendly staff member assisted with my mail needs despite it getting busy prior to closing time.
