We have moved all of our mechanical needs for our vehicles from an old shop that we have been using over d&J's automotive. Ever since we have done this the service has been outstanding. They text and email pictures and estimates for the cars to be repaired. They are very very easy to work with. They have great service and prices. Wish we would have known about them years ago. But super happy we were using them now !!!

As a woman, the entire staff treats me jo different than a man coming. Always wonderful service and doesn't try and upset on things that maybe needed later on. I have brought several cars to them and will continue to refer people to this company. Best dang auto shop around, in my opinion.

I had taken my car several places because it periodically wouldn't start. They told me there was nothing they could do unless the problem was happening right then. Here they said if I was willing to leave it they would keep my car until it wouldn't start so they could figure out the problem. I was thrilled they would do this. I took it in and they called me a couple hours later and had already figured out the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and I now have a reliable car again!

I was recommended this place by an acquaintance after doing hours upon hours of research on different maintenance shops. I am a first time car owner and reading about how if you take your car to the wrong place, they can make it even WORSE, which made my anxiety around car repairs even more debilitating. From the moment I spoke to someone on the phone to the moment my car was given back to me, I was treated with so much respect and understanding, I was blown away! I've been having issue after issue with my car and the first step was to get it diagnosed. They checked everything (and i mean everything), explained everything VERY well and I was never talked down to, even for a second. The final determination was made that my car isn't worth the repairs and I 100% agree because they explained everything down to a level I could understand. They even fixed my window (which wasn't part of initial diagnostic stuff) and the mechanic that personally worked on my car was so down to earth.
The only thing I can imagine getting done on my car before I get a new one is new tires, and even though this shop quoted me the most of all the other shops I've looked at, I'd feel 100% more comfortable going to them over somewhere I've never been before. Will be returning with any future car repairs, for certain! Definitely first time car owner with anxiety approved haha

They offered me a ride home while they worked on my car. They took pictures of all the parts that needed replaces.

They always do excellent work, are honest, know what they are doing, are friendly, and are reasonably priced.

I'm in from out of town amd had some engine codes pop up at 4 on a Friday. These guys were awesome and fit me in. Shawn, Jon and Dave = AMAZING. So nice. Ended up being a simple fix but I truly appreciate them going out of the way to take care of an out of towner. 100% recommend this place.

I have been using D & J's since 2008!
I will be honest, it took a little convincing from my bride to use them (which she started using them a few years before), only because I have always done my own repairs to all of my vehicles in the past. However when we were married in 08' she convinced me to stop wasting my time and to try out her mechanic!
Since then, I would never use anyone else!
For they have always been fair and have done a great job with all of my repairs and maintenance work! I see the value of using them. It saves me the time, at a fair cost. Knowing that they will do the correct repairs!

Guys, this shop is awesome! I called yesterday and made an appointment for today. Brought my car in at 8am this morning (there were several things going on with it) and it is now 2:45pm and I just got back from picking my car up. They are honest, affordable (even though the repairs I had to make were a little costly all at one time), professional, went above and beyond to explain the reason for each thing they did, and they extremely nice. Highly recommend this auto shop!

My wife and I found a used Escape online and decided to go out and take a look. We were greeted at the door by one of the owners as soon as we got there. From start to finish, we were treated with respect and felt very comfortable buying our first cash car together.
