I just wanted to say how fantastic this office is, they are so accommodating! Cari and Lindsey have been so awesome to work with! They take their time and never have the feeling of being rushed! It was a very comfortable and fun experience to be able to work with the both of them. Thank you ladies for being awesome and keep doing what you're doing! :)

Brooke and Dr. Hastings were very professional and did a superb job. More important, they were very friendly, nice, and I could tell that they really really care about their patients! No one really likes going to the dentist, but these ladies make things easy and pleasant!! Thanks ladies, you're a great team!!!

I came in for a cleaning and wisdom tooth pain. The staff was friendly, timely, and informative. I really appreciated the kind almost mom-like care given by Dr. Hasting’s team. The team worked really well together and communicated in a way that made everything just flow perfectly. I would recommend.

Excellent place to get your dental work done! The staff is very friendly and Doctor Beach is one of a kind. They offer all types of services, such as two different types of sedation, and teeth whitening for life if you get your teeth cleaned every 6 months. They also have in-house financing if you can't afford to have your teeth fixed at the moment. Open 6 days a week and emergency calls. They are a great family owned business and would recommend them to anyone! All this offered in 3 different locations.

Dr. Hastings has far exceeded my expectations in a dentist! She has always been very gentle and puts my nerves at ease while I’m having work done. Not to mention, she has such a compassionate sweet heart and is very committed to my treatment plan! I ❤❤❤ Dr. Hastings and would reccomend her a million times over again!!

Never imagined that I would leave the dentist office smiling, but the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish! The staff was friendly and professional. They were also extremely thorough and knowledgeable about their jobs! DDS David Wischoff was excellent and performed my extraction virtually pain free! I am very grateful and now a lifelong member of this dental office. I highly recommend this dental office for any procedure!

Danielle is a great hygienist. Always so friendly and nice. She takes good care of my teeth and helps me prevent any problems that would require heavy dental work. The dentists are all very friendly and professional. Appointments start on time, and they offer 7 am appointments so I can get to work by 8.

Genuinely cared for. Made sure everything was understood that was about to happen. Dr. Patton and her care team were with me the whole time and took really good care of me. They were an absolute blessing and comfort to me. Highly recommend. May God bless them all.

The office is a comfortable environment with TVs, blankets, headphones, and good music. The staff is friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable. They've always taken my insurance and have reasonable rates when a procedure isn't covered. I'm very pleased to have them as my dentist.

I love my Bossier office. The staff has always been personal, professional, and caring. We love our dentists too. It matters to these doctors that their patients feel at home, comfortable and considered. They remember my family and my children. My children have always done well with these dentists and assistants. I highly recommend Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care.

Dr. Phan was very great with my children. Also Lauren and Diana was very friendly. They explained every thing to me and the kids and made them feel very comfortable. The kids can't wait to go back and see them all. Very wonderful staff.

I usually don't do these reviews, but I have to brag on the Bossier office on Airline.
Being a military spouse and moving around for the last 22 plus years, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had!! From the time I walked in until I walked out......everyone was super friendly and caring! They biggest thing was that they listened to my concerns and, explained everything before they did it. Super happy I chose this office and I recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist office.

The experience was awesome. The dental assistant walked me through each step; she was sweet, down to earth, and extremely personable. Dr. Wischoff was very nice and knowledgeable. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office ever.

My cleaning today with Daniel was excellent. She was very light with her hands and very informative about questions and concerns I had about my treatment. Dr. Alex is Underhill has been my dentist for the pat three years and always makes me feel comfortable in the chair and she is very caring. I highly recommend Shreveport Bossier Family Dental Care.

I fell on a Friday night hitting my mouth on the pavement and really messed up my front teeth and mouth. I called the office and they saw me at 7am on a Saturday morning and put a plan in progress to start fixing my teeth first thing Monday morning!! This group is phenomenal, I have seen 3 different dentists in the offices and all 3 are second to none! Highly recommend them. The office ladies are just as phenomenal as the dentists and their assistants are!!

I was just telling the ladies at the reception desk, that, "Y'all do an awesome job, overall! You and the rest of the staff always make us feel welcome and at home, unlike some other dentist I have had in the past!" This is so true, I have had good dentist in the past, but here they give you a warm welcome and you can tell they enjoy there job and show Love to their patiences and care about their wellbeing and there needs. I give the entire staff, 👍👍 & a hundred million trillion thousand 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟s! 😉

I came in this morning for a regular cleaning and was warmly greeted and was called back withing ten minutes of my appointment time by the staff member Roshonda. She was very professional and courteous. I will recommend this facility to all.

I am not fond of visiting the dentist...I don't think anyone is, but there are some that dread it more than others. Entering this facility at literally the crack of dawn 6:45am there was laughter, animated conversation, a greeting by staff as well as the people waiting their turn to be called to the back, and my heart started beating a little slower. By the time I left, I felt at home. The staff from the reception desk to the dentist; everyone seems genuinely excited to see you. They explain what they are doing every step of the way. Dr. Wischoff is awesome! I'm a big believer in first impressions and they hit the ball out of the park. And their prices are reasonable! Go see for yourself!

Shreveport Bossier Family Dentistry was able to quickly work me in and there was no wait once I arrived. Danielle was my hygenist and took her time explaining everything she was doing and looking for before and during my cleaning. She was very personable and very kind. Dr. Byrd stepped in to discuss a treatment plan, "next steps" and did not make me feel rushed when I peppered him with questions. Turns out what I thought was a cavity was a wisdom tooth pushing through. They tried to schedule me with the oral surgeon they partner with but the next appointment was 6 weeks out. They gave me the names of two other respected and local oral surgeons and I was able to get an appointment the next business day.

The only complaint I have is that some of the other offices they partner with have ridiculously narrow schedules - but I am not deducting stars for something beyond their control - everyone from the front desk to the hygenist to the dentist at Shreveport Bossier Family Dentistry were absolutely fantastic.
