My boyfriend had his truck done here and asked for them to remove dents, fix his door handle, paint his chrome, and weld a muffler bracket. When we got it back, we noticed the dents weren’t all removed, there was over spray from the paint on the plastics, his plugs were removed under the hood and he found their wrench under his engine when he got home, his taillight housings were completely loose, his muffler is still rattling and not fixed, and his door handle wasn’t fixed like he asked. When he picked it up, the owner said that he had a younger employee work on it. Which is totally fine, everybody has to start somewhere. Although, obviously the truck wasn’t thoroughly checked before giving it back. The owner did take it back and fixed everything for free, although the muffler is still rattling and there is still overspray. I attached pictures of both sides of his truck. One side is how it should be, and the other side has red overspray. I also attached a picture of the wrench under his engine he found, and a picture of the top plastic cover sitting on his engine with no securement plugs. Very disappointed.

Replying to your latest comment about my truck. First of all keep my family name and comments out of your mouth and text. Few things, your so called “mommy’s money” was a birthday gift you knew about. The owner “me” didn’t text you or talk to you? I’ve got a three pages worth of text we have gone back and fourth with I can post if need be so your comment I didn’t message you is false. Not only did you forget to weld the bracket you forgot the overspray forgot my plugs forgot the dent in the back bumper forgot to put the screws back in my tail lights so the housing was completely loose in the body. Yes you took it back in to work on it for free which I would expect any shop to. But I shouldn’t have to take it to you three times to get the simple things fixed you said you would the first time. You did good body work but if you say you’re going to do something I’d expect any business to get it done and done right

Sounds like the owner has some issues to deal with. Wouldn’t want anyone I know coming here based on how he talks to his customers. Poor sad “man” must feel insecure about his 3.6 stars and must feel the need to bully a younger generation due to being fully aware of the awful work his shop does. Someone clearly needs to just focus on improving their trade instead of putting effort into bullying someone’s children. If you want to be harassed by the owner after they do a heinous job then feel free. Clearly this company doesn’t care about their customers and must have gotten good reviews for the simplest of tasks. If you need someone to actually work on your vehicle maybe go to a different company that can handle the workload.

Do not use this business as they make promises they don't keep. Shop is a mess and many complaints about poor workmanship and time to completion. Too many excuses so stay away.
