McDonald's

Phoebe was very pleasant and cheered me up after horrid customer service at Hardee's. Gave a smile and a laugh with our food. I will be back for this service.

We needed a bathroom stop and found this lovely McDonald’s and gas station combo. The employees were friendly. I’ve never actually felt “cared for” by a business employee. I’m so sad I didn’t get her name, but she was so kind and genuinely caring for each and everyone. You have a true gem working there! Food was good, but the employee was the star here!

After a long night sometimes guick and basic is exactly what a girl needs. Lol

Their food is good, while others may have issue's. I rarely ever even have one with them. Their staff is typically friendly, that is so long as you're respectful with them. Unlike most people, I can tell when their busy, based on how many people are currently working there at the time.

This is connected to a gas station, but it's very convenient! The employees have been polite & the food is the same as any McDonald's!

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Stopped in several times on the way to other places to feed hungry kids. Never had any issues with our food or the wait time, even late at night. Conveniently attached to the gas station so I could grab a (better) coffee for the road while I was inside.

I have always enjoyed stopping at THIS. MC DONO"S .. I can't say I have ever had a bad experience...and hey everyone makes mistakes but here If something is not right they fix it with GREAT service and smile..
I definitely feel like I get more than I pay for at this location

I got to this McDonald's (Buffalo, MO) late in the evening. It's a little bit to be answered at the drive through, but when I got up to the window, I realized why. There was literally only one guy working. He was doing every job, which should have been a 2 or 3 person job at the least. He was kind, didn't complain or make excuses as he ran from one station to the next taking care of several orders. He ran orders to cars, ran back inside to complete other orders, and ran back out again. Our order was perfect. Everything was fresh, and just the way that we requested. He also wore his mask the entire time we were there, even though there was no one else in the store, because he was preparing our food. If he was an employee of mine, I would be proud to have him.

Probably the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They were spot on with everything from customer service to having our food out in a timely manner to literally everything we got being spot on👌🏻 Amazing job to those that worked between 12pm-4pm on 09/11/2022

In on the Road, breakfast
Is our choice.
As I can not eat fried foods,
The after breakfast choices
Are very narrowed.
This MCD, was faster than
The one in Warsaw.
So Buffalo keep up the good work.

The most polite employees i have ever met. The food didnt take long and was actually good instead of the horrible quick meals to just get by when on the 13 road trip. The store was kept very clean, i dont think the employees stopped working for more than a couple of seconds at a time. I was very impressed and every other McDonald's out there could learn from this one. Definitely a role model McDonald's. I had even gone to 2 others today as well as this one and i had the opposite experience. I look forward to my next trip home even more just for this McDonald's.

A decent place to get food. Whether you dine in or go through the drive through, I'm sure your expirence will be great, as mine has been. Just occasionally they may leave you pickles in a stack on your burger, but it happens.

Loved it. I ordered via mobile app and the girl at the register was keen enough to recognize me when I walked through the door such that she immediately confirmed with me that I was there for mobile order as she handed me the cup for my drink_ while I waited for food Nice!

If you want an excellent soda, this is the place! We drive through on our way to visit family and everytime we have stopeed, our drinks have tasted amazing. Doesnt matter if it is Dr Pepper, Coke, or even one of their McCafe drinks, they always taste better from this location.

The employees were very nice and kind and ask it's a number question make sure that we were satisfied they get an A-Plus for me keep up the good work even the manager came over and talked to us

We always have a complicated order, my son can't eat dairy. Usually the order is a mess this location got it correct the first time!

Fast and hot! Our order was correct too which we don't get with our local McDonald's great job guys!
