Great people to get along with with alot of info

Michelle was really great! She was kind and sweet. She was able to transfer all my stuff to my new phone and she explain everything to me. She said if I needed more help to come back and she would help me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Michael was exceptional in helping us pick the right phone and showing us how to use it! He showed us things I never knew before. He was friendly, fast and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Michael all day!

Michael was very helpful and friendly and I was very happy for him that he was very helpful for me and solved my problem. He's the first one to get me out the quickest out of all the times I went there with problems with my phone. I would love to have him to serve me every time I need help with a problem. I've never had such an easy hassle free experience in a cellular store until today. Everything was fluid and flowed so smoothly from choosing phones to activation and setup. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable and willing to help or explain anything I didn't understand. I gave them 5 stars because thats all thats allowed or it would have been 10.

I was having problems with my AT&T phone. The closes store was over an hour away. I am a nurse, the mayor of my town, and the youth leader at my church so my phone is super important!! I walked into the Verizon store and was greeted immediately! I explained my problem and they were able to fix it !!!

I went in,I hadhad bro my phone. I walked over the counter in a very nice young lady named Rachelle got me everything that I asked for and more. She did her job excellently I didn't push too much.I walked in I got what I wanted and I walked out it was a very easy and simple process.

Michael at Russell Verizon in Buffalo, MO was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to help me a difficult phone setup that I couldn't figure out. I am glad to have this Verizon store close to my home.

They were very helpful. I came in late in the day because my phone stopped working and I needed something, Michael even stayed late to help me get my phone all set up.
