Woods Supermarket

Check out cashier was very friendly and checked my items out quickly. Prices r a lil steep but not much choice if it's the only grocery store around or open. It's always very clean in there. The kids all work had at their duties.

This has always been one of the cleanest grocery stores. I am thoroughly impressed with the upkeep. I think the best manager this store has ever had was Josh Schmied but I may be be biased because he is my brother.
He is a very structured individual and runs a tight ship! Wish there were more managers like him…

For a very small town this is a very good grocery store. Woods carries a lot of products that you can usually only find in larger cities.

I ran to the store today, to pick up a few sales items. We live frugally but still have plenty to eat. Even in these times, Woods always has a sale. I bought 5 pkgs of bacon to freeze. They make beans have more flavor. The clerk told me I could get as many as I wanted at sale price even though it said " limit 5 " and she even ran back and brought me more. Then she told everyone, they could have as many as they wanted. No limit. What a blessing. Last year I was checking out and it seems I didn't get the sale item as I thought I had. The lady behind me, paid for my groceries. True story. I told her " no " but she insisted. Another blessing. What no one knew was, we had a challenge this week. And all year. My son is going through a divorce. Works everyday and does all he can for his kids but the Courts haven't been kind. I will leave it at that. No need to smear Judge Henderson. She hasn't a clue as to the truth. Anyway, we keep getting blessed by strangers. We know Our Heavenly Father is in charge. To everyone who reads this, be kind to others. You never know the week or year they struggle through.

Great grocery store. Visited 3 times during our holiday vacation as my parents live right outside of Buffalo. The 1st visit, I wasn't amused, the cashier was not friendly, probably not from the area. The other times were great, very friendly. I enjoy the small town feel, we don't get that where we live.

Mary, the Assistant Center Store Manager, is always pleasant to see. Really cares about her customers.

This store is, hands down, the cleanest store. No mold in coolers, not even any dust on top of coolers. Over all, the store was practically spotless. Had great deals to boot.

Absolutely love the staff. Shelves are always neat and stocked. Thought they get extremely busy at times but never feels like your standing in line forever. Plus they ALWAYS have frozen Popsicles at hand.

We love woods it's a great grocery store and perfect location for us in between Buffalo and Urbana it works out as a perfect stopping place to grab any of our last-minute items and employees are wonderful and the reward program is great too

Went to the one in Buffalo Missouri thought it had a good selection friendly staff and great prices

The produce from Woods is good! Fresh and ripe, sweet and delicious, it's my favorite place for fruit. PLUS they carry Ozarka water! I much prefer spring water over purified water just on taste alone! Nice people in checkout, I like it!

I had gotten some deli meat and cheese at the wood supermarket. In Buffalo !!

Friendly employees, great selection. Really good sales. They have an amazing meat section, and cut to order. I buy a whole ham in bulk and have them slice it and freeze the extra until I need it.

Don't come hear often, much higher priced than Wal Mart, but bigger variety.

Fabulous butchers work here. Always friendly and helpful. 5 stars are for them. They take the time to answer all my question, help me find what I need, and never make me feel hurried. When I leave with my purchase, I very confident the meal I will soon serve will be great, because I've got a good cut and the knowledge to prepare. A great big thank you. As a child, Mrs Woods always intimidated me, I was scared to even just enter the store. Now, I look forward to buying my groceries here. Thanks to the butchers for taking the time to assist me. They give good advice and know where the items are located. Very professional.

I always enjoy shopping at Wood's. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Something else that I truly appreciate is that the store always seems to be clean. The staff are considerate, and customer service oriented.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to the staff at Woods in Buffalo. I had left my billfold in a cart and one of the staff brought to the service desk. The customer service staff went above and beyond and track me down me down to let me know that I had left it there. Thanks so much!!!
