Just bought new rims and tires from the jbc tire on east sunshine. The staff both up front and the mechanics in back were very helpful and friendly. My overall experience was so good that I plan on going to this particular shop for all of mine and my wifes vehicle needs. I highly recommend jbc tire on east sunshine for all of your vehicle needs.

Great place to get work done. I needed 3 motor mounts a transmission pan gasket a catalytic converter radiator hose valve cover gaskets and a few other things. The guys at the counter Blake and Phil were super helpful and very open to the point of personally showing me the issues to ease my mind. I have been screwed over many times but these gentlemen and the guys in the shop truly care about customer care and take pride in the quality of their work. I will recommend these guys to anyone. Plus the fact that they got me done quickly and back to the outdoors was a huge plus as well.

The guys were great at notifying me of existing problems with my tires, even taking me in the back so that I could get a visual of what they were describing. They went above and beyond to get me the best price possible and guaranteed their work and the tires for 50,000 miles. At one point Nicholas even offered to take me home so I could sit more comfortably while waiting for them to finish service. They even offered to buy me a soda or something to eat while I waited. All in all, everyone was very professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to use JBC again for my automotive needs.

I usually go the location on Republic road and have always been treated well, but came to this location instead because they could fit me in for an oil change on a Sunday. Phil was the guy helping me out, and he was awesome! He was friendly, professional, and honest. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you for being Awesome!

Really impressed at this place and especially its staff. I walked in and the team member (I believe his name was Phil), immediately was on deck, got my car in for an oil change, and proceeded to answer all my 1000 questions about prices, quotes, and technical issues I thought I was having with my car...but also went on to give me information I had been looking for regarding vehicle inspections and what it would take to pass.

During the oil change, he even came back in a couple times to give me updates on things wrong he had seen in my car, recommended repairs to get, and topped off my coolant for free. Super appreciated the hands-on feel of getting into this place. I don't know about ya'll, but it's hard to find a place you can trust when it comes to your car, and I definitely think I found mine here! Cheers!

Phil and Blake have provided excellent services for my Ford and Hyundai. They are friendly, good sense of humor, knowledgeable and have given utmost consideration to fix my tires and were very cooperative. I highly recommend them for next tire purchase. I have gotten the oil change, all the tires replaced for the two cars and I am satisfied with the work.

Best people in the business! We were having car issues 10 hours from home. Phil, Blake and Russell were so pleasant and helpful. Thanks to Phil for the enthusiastic entertainment, checking on us and the fun conversations. Blake was great with information and assistance, we know who the grounding force is in the office.Then we met the wizards of all mechanics! Russell. There are no words for the record time he fixed our hub, brakes and rotors. Their main concern was our safety. No BS. They truthfully told us the price, options and were patient and just amazing. Phil and the guys at the shop are very helpful and friendly. They were more than willing to work with us. My daughter was visiting from out of town when she had car trouble and they were able to get her car fixed on Saturday so she could head back to her home in Dallas on Sunday. I would highly recommend these professionals!

I made an impromptu call on a Thursday afternoon at lunch time. Don was extremely pleasant over the telephone and told me to bring my "beat" down. Once there he chose the best option - a synthetic blend - for my vehicle and offered to quote me on other services I had asked about. Although they were unable to perform the repairs and services, they were extremely gracious about it. The service was relatively quick, prices - although slightly higher than some of the other shops, but that's to be expected when going to a well-known shop - in town were definitely still reasonable. With a nice tire and service network found all throughout the country and Canada there's no worry about their services not being covered under their limited warranty. I would highly, highly recommend Don and the remainder of the staff at JBC to anyone in the Southwest Missouri area needing some auto work done. Although . Thanks for a great experience, guys!

I came in to have my ac looked at due to the fact that its been hot as hell out and while i was there Blake and Phil had the tech look over my truck. The tech found some things that needed attention, at first i thought they where just trying to make a buck off me but when i expressed my concern they had the tech show me and i have to agree that they where right i needed a few repairs. Thank you for the hard work and honesty and for not breaking the bank with the price. I will be back.

I’ve been bringing all of my cars to JBC Tire on Sunshine for years. I have three Subarus, and they all run great thanks to their maintenance. Phil took really good care of me on my latest visit. Even without an appointment, he worked me in and made sure I knew about my rewards points. I really trust this business.

Best Auto Mechanics ever! My family and I were stranded with a huge auto repair. We were told to go to these guys by the suggestion of another mechanic in the area. Being 10 hours from home we were desperate. We called and Phil being the company mascot was awesome. He kept us calm, had fun and made sure all our needs were met. We should have adopted him. Blake found us more deals and discounts and was just a great guy. Thank you Blake. Then there was Russell. The magician of all auto shops. The most amazing mechanic I have ever met. They all had our safety in mind first and foremost. Russell fixed our hub assembly, brakes and routers in record time. We were safely on the road and so appreciative of the time they took for my wife, kids and myself. Phil even offered a ride in his personal truck if the car wasn’t finished tonight.
So my gratitude, thanks and appreciation to the great guys in this auto shop. Thank you for ensuring my family’s safety and ensuring that we were able to get home. #titos

We had car issues 10 hours from home. Was told to go to this auto repair shop by suggestion. Phil, Blake and Russell were amazing, complete Angel's in disguise! In a pinch they fixed our hub and brakes in record time to get us back on the road and headed home. Would definitely go back there again. Wish they were in MN.

I had my lowered WRX aligned Here Because a lot of shops around town won’t do lowered cars because of their alignment rack but don’t worry they can do anything here without a problem. And to be honest it’s probably the best alignment I’ve ever had. The guys were super nice an quick at what they do an overall had a great experience. I will for sure be going back next time I need anything A++++

Went in today for an oil change, it was very busy but both the guys in the shop were very accommodating and polite. I believe the man up fronts name was Phil, and he was unbelievably patient and helpful with some very impatient customers. Definitely coming back again.

I have been here on three occasions to have my tires repaired and to have tires mounted on different rims, etc. Each time I have had great experiences! The technicians are always helpful, intelligent and have had the work done in a timely and correct manner. The facility is always clean and orderly as well. I will continue to have tire work done here as I do all other vehicle maintenance myself. I would definitely recommend JBC Tire for any tire work that you may need!

Wow, what a great experience!

I got a giant thorn in my subcompact tractor tire from my honey locust trees out back. Called them and they explained it wasn't something they normally work on but they are more than happy to take a look and see if they could help. Took the tire off and brought it up there. The person at the front immediately recognized I was the person who had called earlier and brought me back. The technician was prepped and ready to go and patched it right up WHILE I WAITED. I wasn't expecting that but it really saved me a ton of time that day since I didn't have to make a second trip.

The tire was a muddy mess and the technician was so kind and understanding. He even cleaned it up for me a bit more so it wouldn't get the back of my suv all muddy.

The tire is holding strong and they have a VERY satisfied customer.

AWESOME Place!! The guys up there have changed my oil and worked on my cars for years. Today Phil was able to change my oil and have me in & out of there in less than an hour without an appointment. The waiting area & restrooms were spotless! THANKS Phil & Blake!!! U ROCK!
