Wentzville License Office

FINALLY under new ownership 🙌 Walked in and I had never seen that many people working there at once! Parking lot looked full but I believe it was half employees (I’m not complaining 😆). I think I waited 5 minutes and the woman who helped me was so nice & helpful. This was long overdue but so happy this change was made. Hope they can keep all the staff for this super busy license bureau.

i came here today to get my license fixed and Ian was amazing. super nice, very helpful and prompt! he helped me out quickly and also his teammates which was nice to see bc it was busy! definitely shout him out if you come to this location!

Went on a Tuesday at 1PM strategically. Was there a total of 13 mins. Loads of new people training. Good to see from Management!

Went there as new Missouri residents to get our vehicles titled and registered. We went early, waited only 15 minutes and the whole process took 30 minutes. Very friendly and professional staff. Make sure to READ the requirements on the website before going. Get all your paperwork done! That saved us time and an extra trip.

This location is far and above bounds way better than the one in O’fallon. The management is run right and even though it takes a while they finish it off with a smile. Of all the DMV I’ve ever ever been to. This is the least terrible experience, and they really try to help. This is a good management company running this one and I wish they would still manage the one in O’fallon. All in all, if you have to get your ID remade or your plates registered, this is a good place to go.

Quick and easy. I went in for a title replacement and a registration renewal on a Thursday and was in and out in 45 minutes. The gentleman at the counter was able to help me with both.

It had some long lines the first day I went but this trip the lines were shorter. It's always better coming here then the O'Fallon office. Figured that out years ago. It's normally never really busy here I was surprised to see the line outside the door a couple of days ago. Nice workers behind the counter to interact with also.

I wish the entryway was a little more handicapped accessible- but the process of renewing plates was a breeze!! The staff were all kind, thoughtful AND efficient ! I was in and out in only a few minutes. Will be referring friends here. Thank you !!

The lady at the counter was both processing people’s transactions and training/assisting someone to do the same, all while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Hats off to you ma’am!
A young man came around to the folks waiting in line and reviewed which documents they had with them to ensure they were prepared. Very efficient and did not take as long as I thought with as many people in front of me. Overall a pleasant DMV visit!

When I came into the license office it was super late into the day and there was about 20 minutes left before closing time. There was a few people ahead of me having major issues with their stuff and the staff was completely professional and patient on helping even though it was running past closing time. They eventually got to me and continued to be professional and also had me laughing and in a better mood than when I first went in. I appreciate the help, patience, and also good experience overall at this license office!

The staff members work diligently to process everyone. They are very polite, efficient and helpful.

I have to say these are the nicest employees I have ever met at a license office! Gavin, Rachel and Morgan, All helped me transfer plates from one car to another. It was a tricky little process. Lines were average, but moved fluently and pretty quickly. I had all that I needed a ready to go when it was my turn. Numerous others before me did the same. Everyone was courteous that was standing in line. Helping others locate their correct line to stand in. The personal were extremely efficient and moved one right after the other. Good day to get my tags.😁

I always go here for licensing and renewal. Easy in and out place most times. This most recent, I renewed my tags in about 10 minutes. Staff was friendlier than I thought they'd be (because of unruly customers). Only had one Karen in there telling the DMV worker how to do his job. He handled everything professionally. She got upset, yelled, and left. That made everyone happy.

I couldn't have asked for better service. They helped me get my handicapped mother in & out with ease, speed & accuracy. They were polite & understanding of her situation & guided her through getting her state ID beautifully. I am grateful for the kindness extended to her today!!!

Wow. My wife and I met some really cool 😎 people waiting in line. Great experience and time flew by. Started a chain gang of people communicating to each other. Best 1 hour and 30 minutes spent in line. Customer Service Exceptional after the wait.

Went to Wentzville license bureau today. Crowded, however, Rachel handle the crowd with grace, kindness and understanding. It was s pleasure watching her take care of the crowd. Ultimate professional. Kathy Kroenung
