Stopped in with two vehicles needing new key fobs. The two gentleman were very helpful and had us two new fobs in no time. Had no idea they even did this and so happy H&S Tire recommended them!

Even though my car was today's red headed step child and put up a solid multi round boxing match due to special circumstances, Tyler and Tony went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and back in my car! Thanks for your excellent service!

Tyler was amazing!! I called and he listened to my issue I was having with my key fob. He gave me several options and once I walked into the store he immediately worked to resolve my key fob issue. Tyler was awesome! He called me before he showed up and made two keys and programmed them for me. He was very honest and let me know the aftermarket key I bought on amazon might not work but he would try anyway and wouldn't double charge me for cutting that key if it didn't work and I needed to buy a new key from them.

When I moved into my new house I called Arc and they came and rekeyed all my locks. They were great. They were professional. They were perfect.

I’m a retired district sales and customer service manager, and the folks at ARC would meet or exceed any of my very high standards for company representatives. Ram managed to be the nicest person to come to my home for a service since I moved 8 weeks ago, which is really saying something because everyone has been extraordinarily nice and polite in this area! I noticed him greeting my neighbors, and putting smiles on their faces, which really set him apart from all the other guys who have been to my home for service. My neighbors will either ask me to remind them what locksmith I used, or they will remember and know exactly who to call should the need arise because he made a fantastic impression on them. I imagine he is this way whether he’s on the clock or not, but he is the perfect example of how someone should present themselves while wearing and/or driving around a business name or logo.

I contacted ARC on a referral from another locksmith because I was looking for someone to rekey a lock asap, and I barely had time to blink before I had new keys in hand. I may be exaggerating slightly, but you get it, the service was FAST. The pricing was clearly and accurately stated upfront, so there was no surprise once the job was done, thank goodness! I actually scheduled another appointment for all new locks in my home when my entry doors are replaced. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience!

My son lost our only chipped key. Truck was just old enough no locksmith or dealer would call me or help me. Owner called me back and came over to repair afternoon before mother's day. Made my day however, because of his tardiness with mama his probably not so much. Thanks for hometown service. It's an oddity today 🙂

Have used ARC Locksmith Service twice, once for my personal home and once for my business and both experiences were great. Very good follow through, timely service and excellent work. Also reasonably priced. Good company to do business with.

Great customer service, flexible, reasonable price. Worked with Tyler to get two keys cut and two key fobs programmed that I provided. Found out after the keys were cut that the fobs were bad. Had one in stock that I was able to purchase, he checked to make sure it worked before we did anything else and it did. Then he asked what was wrong with the original fob. He looked at it, discovered the issue, cleaned the original one, moved the inner parts the casing for one of the fobs I brought in that didn't work, reprogrammed it and set it up to one of the newly cut keys. Walked out with two working fobs and 4 working keys for what I thought was a fair price.

Had an unbelievable experience! Key would not turn in the Ignition. Had another shop quote me a ridiculous amount. Called Tony and he met me where the car was , after hours no less! Within an hour and a half he had the car working! Thanks Tony! You definitely have a customer for life!!!

I talked to Tony about getting a spare key for my Toyota Sienna and he responded quickly with a fair price. I set a time that worked for me and he met me at his shop on an early Sunday morning with a smile. Fantastic quick service at a good price. I would highly recommend ARC and Tony to anyone.

Wes came out today to change the locks on my new house. He did a wonderful job and was nice and helpful. He pointed out one of the doors had the hardware upside down, so he fixed that. He got us set up with one key for all the locks and tweaked a couple doors that weren't latching well. He showed up right on time and got me all set!
