Carlock Family Medical Clinic

I am writing this review because I appreciate that we have the facility that we have in Otis. If it weren't for Victor, Jennifer and the wonderful staff I don't know what my family would do. My job offers their own clinic but I would rather put my trust in Carlock Clinic. I have been seeing the Carlock's since around 2015 and they have always given exceptional care.

Took my great aunt to this dr’s office and they were absolutely amazing. She just had surgery on her hip and cant move well. A nurse aide came outside with a wheelchair and immediately brought her back to a room. Their compassion and energy alone lifted her spirits before she ever spoke to the dr. I encourage anyone to schedule your next doctor appointment with them.

I've been going to this clinic around 2 years. I've been treated great. Staff in front and back are always friendly, wait time quick. Since day 1 Robin has been the only person I see. She listens, ask questions, answers my questions. You can tell she cares. I usually dread Doctors offices, not this one. Good people👍

I was looking for a doctor to slow down and listen to the things that I was concerned about, I am close to 50 and feel I needed some attention. I would recommend this office to anyone I know, they are kind, professional, and willing to listen.

Very quick wait time. When I got to the back all of my questions and concerns were noted and answered. They got me in quick after I called to schedule and had my follow appointments set up within the week for the special service I was needing. The staff was very kind and polite to not only myself, but my daughter and grandmother.

I have been going to Carlock Family Medical Clinic for a while and I just have to say they are great! The staff is friendly especially the ladies in the front and all the providers are helpful. Mrs. Robyn is the best! She is so kind and she does everything she can to make sure that what ever is going on with me gets better quickly!

The staff are always friendly and professional. I feel like all the concerns I have about my health are being heard. Even without an appointment I’ve never had to wait too long before being seen, always in and out. It’s always been pleasant from my experience.

I've been seeing Victor here for around 10 years. He and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Never long waits.

These guys are always the best. Courtney and Laura are always there to make me smile and make sure I’m ok. Once I’m in the room whether it’s Robin, Tess, or the other PCMs I am always listened to and they discuss any and all treatment plans available for me!

Mrs Jen and the whole staff are very sweet and professional. I have seen mrs Jen for years and she has been very good to me and listens. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have some serious medical concerns and love my care I get At carlock clinic. I would highly recommend them for all of your family medical care needs. Always feel like I have been cared for every time I go. Thank you team.

So I have horrible sleep apnea and when it came to my last appointment and trying to get my machine a nurse named “Joann” (I might have spelled it wrong ) but she went above and beyond to help me get my machine !! (Calling me and updating me and trying to get my cpap as soon as possible )

It’s an absolutely pleasure all the nurses are so sweet and attentive to how your feeling and I could not ask for a better Doctor. I thank God so much for Dr.Lamme he’s been my Doctor for years and I would highly recommend there office

So I was new here and medicaid set my PCP with Carlock family medical. I was afraid I had gotten another pcp who didn't give a hoot for my well being. But even with just my first visit it really put my fears about my new Dr. to rest. I saw the nurse practitioner and she was amazing. They urin test you and test BP and always tell you and manually show you the results and let you know if it's good or bad. They are willing to sit there and listen to your worries and issues no matter the time consumption. I honestly can't wait to go back and continue with my very long list of issues and finally get them taken care of with a family clinic that ACTUALLY cares for my well being. The staff is wonderful. The appointment was set almost same day and very quickly and thoroughly. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful phacility to tend to my needs.

Victor honestly saved my life. It's been over 10 years and 5 cites since I met a physician that actually cares about me and has my best interest in mind. I was super impressed with how much time and dedication he put into my wellbeing. The front staff is very respectful and the office is always clean and nice. So many physicians these days are in it for the kickbacks they receive from big pharma for pushing their meds. Not here, I feel safe and at home and I will stay here for as long as they will have me. Thanks victor and staff, your work is superlative...

The girl at the front door who takes your temperature, and the girls in the front office are always the sweetest and funniest! if you want to be taken care of and have a laugh along the way then come to CARLOCK!

I was new to the area, and got in that week. Mrs. Robin is the literal best and listened to what was going on and addressed everything. Very sweet dedicated and extremely helpful.

Love the service and the employees here. U get in and out quickly and the service is all around great...
