David and his team have been with me a long time. Anytime that I need anything insurance related, I can call or drop by their office, and it is immediately handled. Client service is an extremely high priority to them and it shows.

I’ve been with David Ness American Family for 20 years. David & his team are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns & actually will explain everything to help you. I always review my rates at least twice a year to see if I can save. I just recently checked a competitor’s rate from that company with the three A’s that advertises they can save hundreds by switching. After a review, they were actually higher by $30 a month.

Dave and his team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about your insurance needs. They go out of their way to help you whether is it about adjusting your policy, filing a claim, or you’ve been an accident. They explain all your policy options.
