NP Lois was so kind to my mom and I for her appointment. I’m very pleased with the way she explained things and her passion for helping and serving the community. My mom speaks little English and felt very much comfortable. Thank you for your kindness.

12 out of 10 would recommend. The staff at the Vernon clinic are dress-right-dress. The director is a financial resource dream come true. Mrs. Swain, NP is exceptionally kind, funny, open, forthcoming and direct about how she can best help you and how you can best help yourself all while bringing you up from an abyss. I'm new to this clinic as an opioid use patient and wish I had found this practitioner and specific medication years and years ago. The pharmacy looks equally inundated as the medical side but they make time to hear you out and, quite frankly, they make financial miracles happen too.
To the entire staff: I can't express just how much you are all appreciated. Thank you for your time, expertise and dedication.

Staff is always very nice and helpful. Pharmacy is extremely fast. Ms.Nicole is the best psychiatrist I’ve had and is very supportive.

I've been going to VCHCC for 5yrs & I couldn't be happier with them, super easy to get an appointment, the ladies are all so nice & Mrs. Swain honestly listens to me when I have a problem or concern... And don't get me started on how great Lynn & the ladies in the pharmacy are, they take such great care of me

This place is so awesome front desk workers , nurses and the Dr are absolutely fantastic they are so blessed they make u feel like family wait time is maybe 10 mins to c the Dr and their pharmacy is amazing hardly any wait time on receiving your prescriptions . Fantastic doctor. She is friendly, very smart and has a fantastic ability to pinpoint what you need!

The staff is kind and helpful. Ms. Taylor is a wonderful and intelligent practitioner who takes time to really listen to you. Making an appt was fast and easy. They were able to get me in the same day unlike my primary doctor who is booked out several weeks. For those without insurance, they offer a income based fee schedule. Pharmacy will soon be available and they have plans to add dentistry. Definitely a need for this service in our community.
