The Pediatric Center of Leesville

We have been taking our grand son to this pediatric center for probably 10 years and I can’t say enough good about our experiences there. The staff is very professional yet warm and friendly always, we love it when we can go there and feel confident that we have gotten the care that our child needs.

My Son and I love The Pediatric Center of Leesville! All of the Staff are extremely knowledgeable and have great bedside manor while being fast and efficient with their Patients. The building both inside and out was designed beautifully with attention to detail from the bottom to the top; we especially love the glass bowl on the bathroom vanity that is the sink. I recommend them for anyone wanting professional effective Pediatric or Urgent Care. The Pediatric Center is also Sabine Urgent Care!

All of the providers here are absolutely amazing. We have seen Jana, Dr.Crowe, the nutritionist and the adorable country guy provider. They are all exceptional. Some of my favorite things about the providers are that they always respect my medical decisions. They all have in depth knowledge of medicine beyond just giving medication. They all are open to somewhat of a holistic view point if you’re open to that. They all listen and are some of the most caring compassionate providers I’ve ever encountered. I feel very lucky to have a place like this to take my kids. They truly leave no stone unturned. Jana in particular has uncovered some issues that I believe other providers would have missed.

Now for the bad… The front desk are some of the most unhappy people I’ve ever encountered in my life. Between appointments and coming to pick up paperwork or doctors notes I’ve probably been there about 50 times in the last four months and today was the first time that anyone has ever smiled at me or said hello to me at checkin. Once I get to the back everything is OK , but I truly dread the checkin process. Hopefully they can put the smiling face that I saw today at the front full time instead of some other people. If that could happen this would be the best doctors office that I’ve ever been to in my life.

Dr. Crowe is one of the few physicians that actually listens to you! As a first time parent, I want to feel like my concerns are validated. He does this and more! He knows your child and spends more than a few moments with them! He is the BEST and I will always recommend him!

I'm a mom of 2 and a fan (and that says a lot). I transferred to Dr. Crowe after literally trying every pediatric clinic in Lake Charles with no success. The facility is very nice and clean, although parking can get tricky at busier times (there is additional parking on the side). My experience with the receptionist has been great. She has been thorough in getting our information and switching insurances without any mistakes or unexpected bills. The nurses are quick to come and get us from the waiting area, and great with the kids and getting them to feel comfortable. We see Dr. Crowe, but we've seen others in a pinch (which is another great thing about this office...they always get us in same day or next day). Dr. Crowe is great with the kids. He is very personable, and does a great job explaining things to them and to me on an easy level. I was impressed with how much time he took with their physicals instead of just pushing us through. My son recently had an allergic reaction, and Dr. Crowe has made what could have been an extremely scary experience into something my family can manage. We are going into our second year with him, and couldn't be more pleased.

Every encounter I have had with this facility has been AMAZING even when the situation that we were facing wasn't. The nurses, assistants, NPs & Dr Crowe are all very pleasant. My 2 children ages (7 & 8) have been going to Dr Crowe since we moved down here from Indiana almost a year ago. The staff takes time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions & explain things very thoroughly. They not only comfort the parents during a rough time but the children as well. Anytime my children are due for their medication refills & we dont have an appointment all I got to do is call, leave a message & 95% of the time I get a call back within the same day.. unless I am call late in the day then sometimes I dont get a call back until the next morning but even then normally they will call me even shortly after hours & let me know it's been sent to the pharmacy or in the office ready for me to pick up the next morning (obviously that all depends on the medication)

Long story short - I could not imagine ever changing doctors for my children. They had an amazing pediatrician in Indiana but the staff here at Dr. Crowes office are hands down the BEST!!! I know my children & their health are in good hands when we walk in the door which gives a huge piece of mind for everyday life .. and a lot less stress on momma to find someone who will actually listen to my concerns & get answers regardless of what they have to do in order to get them.

I love dr. Crowe, Hes been my pediatrician since my son was 6 weeks old. Not just the doc but the staff is always wonderful during his check ups and the tall blonde nurse that gives shots is AMAZING. She's so fast my son barely has time to yell before she has all the shots done. I feel like the staff listens when I have concerns :)

I have been using Dr. Crowe for 6 years with my 3 kids and have no complaints at all! Everyone in his office is great. They take their time and explain things, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great pediatrician.

I love Dr. Crowe. He’s has been all my kids pediatrician, even when I was in the army! He was at BJACH when I delivered my first born. There isn’t a better person to take your kids to.

Dr. Crowe is the doctor to see!

The facility is very clean. The rooms that you wait in to see the doctor can get a little stuffy due to lack of air flow to them. This is something that was oddly overlooked for a building built for the specific purpose of having people wait in those rooms.

We've always been seen quickly by Dr. Crowe, but not so quickly by the other doctors.

Dr. Crowe is not only the best pediatric doctor in the area, he is a great man! I have a special needs daughter that requires special attention to detail and Dr. Crowe is the ONLY pediatrician who has my confidence. I'll let the NP'S see her for a little cold or minor instances (not to take away from them because they are amazeballs too). If you have a child from 0-17 has the guy to see!

They always take good care of us here. Dr. Crowe is great with the kids, friendly, and down to earth. All the support staff has always been great as well.

Best facility for child care. Dr. Robert Crowe is the best man I've ever met. Loves children, genuinely cares. 10/10. Bring your kids here.

Love them. They have help my family on multiple occasions when it comes to providing care above and beyond what I've seen/received at other facilities.

I met with dr. Tracy she's very nice and gove details in tje simplest way. The staff if very nice and they do a great job.

Spoke with Heather over the phone was super awesome and helpful and came in with my son two of the nurses also named Heather are very nice and professional HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Everyone is great. Except the ladies who answer the phones, they are so rude and hang up on people quite often.
