O'Reilly Auto Parts

Can't say enough about how great the crew at this O'Reilly's are! I was asked repeatedly by at least 3 employees if I needed assistance, the gentlemen that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, there were plenty of folks on staff and they had everything I needed and more!

They have the headlight that I was looking for H1 for Mitsubishi Eclipse g sport. cute girls at counter.

Always good entering a O'Reilly's always a good morning and helpful service, and I thank the Gent that helped me get materials for my job. He even got me the right antifreeze for the work truck and helped me carry out hydraulic oil gallons. Thanks for the help today

James @ O'REILLY in Leesville was VERY knowledgeable and helped us with testing/replacing battery in 2009 Ford F150. This was on Sat Sep 9th morning. Even went above and beyond to walk over to the neighboring Morris Tire Center where truck was towed to Fri evening Sep 8, to test battery. Able to get it jumped enough for us to drive it over to store front and replaced battery for us. Explained the warranty on battery, and the rewards program very well.

I've never had an experience like this at an auto parts store. Drew totally busted to pieces the stereotypical parts person.. Drew actually diagnosed the problem with my truck, just from listening and hearing the symptoms I was having. Drew then proceeded to sell me the correct part the very 1st time. He was very humble and friendly. He treated me like I was a family member. From now on this will be my one stop shop for auto parts and accessories, and Drew is my Parts guy now! It was a great experience. Thanks Drew!!

There's a young man name Jason that works there. He always helps me to feel welcome in the store. Anytime he or any other employees have trouble finding anything, the older gentlemen do not hesitate to help them locate. I love the home felt feeling up there. As for parts, I've had all great experiences with them so far. The turn around when you order parts are great as well.

Quick easy knowledgeable service with prices you can't beat locally.

I've been at this O'Reilly a few times but recently my radio CD player went out, so I took the radio out to see what was wrong. When I put it back in and connected what I thought was everything, O'Reilly told my about the antenna connector, turns out it fell where I didn't see. Thanks for getting my tunes back up and running!

I really like the green shirts the employees wear. It makes me think about my time in Zimbabwe working in the rice fields. We wore the same color shirts, only ours were blue.

The gentleman at O'Reilly's Auto Parts was very friendly. He came out and tested my battery on my car. We had to shut my car off to do that and it wouldn't restart. He was happy to jump it off with their jump box. I live on a fixed income and have very little money. Since I had to replace the battery I was looking for something that fit into my budget. He quoted me the prices on theirs and saw that I was not going to be able to afford that so he suggested that I go to Walmart because he knew they would be cheaper. I don't consider that deflecting a a sale. I called that caring about the customer enough to understand when you cannot service them properly. Thank you.

Don't know there names Sat. A man waited on me he was very friendly and took no time to rent what I needed. Today 7/6 a lady waited on me very friendly and didn't take long for my transaction. Thank you all for helping appreciate.

Extremely nice and helpful...which is refreshing, have been in other O'Reilly AP stores where they feel put upon that you walk in the store. These people were stellar!

Checked everywhere for two sparkplugs . They the only ones had them in stock.

Excellent customer service. Expedient parts ordering and quick shipments. I love that they can look up parts and items I've purchased previously. Especially automotive paints.

Jesse helped me with my part, he was very knowledgeable about car parts and spent a lot of time helping finally get the right transfer case oil seal.

If you need anything for a big or small paint project, Jesse is the man to see. If you need something to get your engine started, Jessica is the one to make it happen.
