Depending on which employee you reach may determine whether or not you find what you are looking for. Thankfully I was lucky. The lady there adamantly insisted there was no such part and even after being shown a photo ect.. sent a fellow out of there empty handed after I jad already called and spoken to somebody on the phone and had the part described to me and a price quote given. So I had to then go there myself and luckily a different employee was able to make it happen for me.... I suppose IN the auto part industry also sometimes perhaps it's best to get a second opinion.. but aside from that. . Thumbs up they were able to get a part next day the other part stores said was unavailable.

Great place . Didn't had my part so they ordered it. It was in 2nd day,no issues, fitted perfectly. Definitely recommend

Wow!! After 6 yrs or more of refusing to ever go in that store again....wow was I impressed!! VERY friendly, polite happy employees. They truly wanted to help you!! I needed parts that was hard to find and required special ordering. They ordered them, arrived when promised, at the price quoted, and with warranty. I was greeted with a smile and quickly served. This happened twice!!! They also offer military discounts. I am impressed and would recommend!

Very helpful and informed staff. Both gentlemen worked well as a team and completed multiple tasks separately, but as a team while assisting the other even as one would be outside assisting a customer leaving the other inside to "hold down the fort" alone. ... Their customer service is exemplary!

Great service! Was having trouble removing my battery and was thinking about renting some tools to do it but John offered to replace my battery himself. He also gave me a 10% military discount without me even asking for it .

I brought in my tire that was beyond repair they had a new tire on the rim in less 30 minutes. 10/10 would go again. The people where friendly and didn't waste anytime.

The people in AutoZone was very friendly when I walked in on a Sunday and did not know what I was looking for I had the old battery from my RV but it had problems it had died and I'm luckily I was in my hometown the guy very nicely explained that the battery was dead we had some trouble because I lost my phone and I didn't know where my old phone number was but he took the time to wait on me until I found my phone number he quickly exchange the battery and I was on my way back home

Picked up oil, oil and air filter for 38 bucks during a special last week. Can't get any better than that.

The associate was extremely helpful and explained a lot while changing my battery, even though the store was closing he made sure that I was able to leave without any problem. I will continue to get auto parts from Autozone. Grant it the day prior was not the same experience but what a difference a day make🤔🤔

I called and talked to John about a blower fan for my wife’s 2015 GMC Yukon. He asked me some questions over the phone about the blower I explained to him that I had it out of the dashboard he ask me if I could bring it to the store to make sure he got me the right one . I did not know but GMC had did some changes in the way the blower mounted in the newer 2015 . I have to give Mr John credit he is very knowledgeable about about parts. One of the things I have always respected about him is that he never ever makes me or any one he is helping feel like they are not as smart as him. I have always seen him take the time to lessen to any questions a person has and try his best to make sure they understand what he is explaining to them. You can tell he truly cares about everyone that walks in the doors at Aouto Zone. He tried to find the part I needed and we had no luck but I explained to him that I watched a YouTube video about a 2014 Silverado that had the same looking blower fan in it . He was already looking at different years trying to find the right one we need. He said let’s take a look at that 2014 and see what we find out . It was a match but he seen that he couldn’t get it until maybe Tuesday. He picked up the phone and find a part store that told him if I would come a pay for the parts in the nexts 30 minutes that it would be on the truck that was coming today. I always try to buy my aouto parts from Aouto Zone because I have always gotten excellent service from the store here in Leesville. Mr John always has a smile when you see him and is always trying to help the next person that has a problem with their car or truck or maybe the only car a family has to get to work in. He always try’s to find a way to get everyone going again no matter who they are . I know my review is very long but I just wanted Aouto Zone and Leesville people to know how blessed we are to have a man as humble as him that is always ready to help any and everyone . Thank you John for doing excellent customer service!!!! With a smile 😊

I mean hats off to the main man named RICH??? here in Leesville Louisiana..the man kept the place open even though it was time to go...and I was real close to my budget so he SUPERMANED in an saved me with his lil discount...most anywhere else would of just shut the door...if not all!!!!...
