Southern Air always treats us right. At a time when everyone is so busy with AC needs, they were even willing to come out at 10:30 at night. I told them it wasn't necessary and we could wait until the next day. Their technicians are always nice, professional and competent. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation!

Mr. Mike Simmons replaced and relocated our hot water heater from the attic to the garage. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job and we were very pleased.

Terrance was on time, very friendly, and was very quick at replacing our tub faucet handles. They look great and work great! We are very pleased with him and the business! We recommend them and intend to use them again if it's ever needed.

My AC went out last week when I was on vacation came home from Montana to almost 90 degree house! Called Southern Air and they were able to schedule me the same day I called! The AC Tech Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable he called me 30 minutes before he came out and that along with the text messages I received from them made sure I was home when he showed up. I appreciate his honesty he didn't try to just sell me a new unit he was able to make the repair in just over an hour. You guys are the best I will recommend you guys to all my friends. Jameson was our Tech and even though I was out of town, he communicated and showed me all issues to be maintained. Had me done quick and offered a great deal to get on board. Super satisfied.

Dylan layed out what was wrong and what he recommended being replaced. Gave us several options to choose from. He was professional and to the point concerning what repairs were required plus what was recommended long term. Appreciate his transparency while explaining the what. Had a small issue upon completion that was addressed by Ronnie and corrected quickly. Would strongly recommend utilizing this company for you AC/Heat requirements. Mr. John was very nice polite and very knowledgeable about the AC he was working on for me checked and repaired the capacitor and high PSI switch. He answered all my questions he did not try to up sell anything and even saved me money on this trip out and the long run for future maintenance. I recently took over the maintenance of my elderly mother's home in central Louisiana. I contacted Southern Air to help me with several leaks and slow drainage. Michael Williams, his crew and Ryan Reeves didn't stop until they found out the source of our problems then went the extra mile to take care of all issue for us. Everyone who came to the house to work was polite and considerate of her and her needs. We decided to get the Shield Membership which saved us $s off these jobs plus will provide annual heating and cooling inspections and water heater flush plus many other benefits! We feel confident Mom can rely on her plumbing and septic system now! Southern Air is OUR heating, cooling and plumbing company from now on!

The individual that troubleshot the problem with the AC unit, I believe his name was Matt, defiantly knew his business. Did not take him long to find the problem in which was believed by another serviceman to be wrong. Professional, courteous and enjoyable to talk to about the AC in trouble. Will use them again. Had AC trouble on a Sunday and called. Repairman was at house Monday(Labor Day) to check on unit. He couldn’t fix because of the age so we’re getting new unit. He did what he could by adding some Freon to hold us over a few days until new unit comes in. Michael W. was early and very professional. Thanks for great job. Ray C
