Joey and the whole team Poage are outstanding. Joey went above and beyond with helping me buy a car. As an individual with the disability, I have to have equipment to drive. I brought that with me. He installed it on multiple cars. I wanted to test drive. He didn’t have to do that. That tells me a lot about his character as a person, not just a salesman. Everyone at Poage was Great it didn’t even seem like I was buying a car. Just felt like I was hanging out for a little bit and walked away with a car. The whole team at Poage was awesome. My car was nearly totaled after hitting a deer. The body shop guys including Paul were amazing! My car insurance tried to convince me to use their shop , Schaefer , however Poage always takes care of me and have confidence in using my own dealer. I am happy with the repair results . Also very impressed with the communication , friendly staff, and accommodating me with a loaner car after my rent a car benefit expired . Cory was our salesman and I can’t say enough good things about the man. Buying a car is already stressful. We’d been to

This was my first time going to Poage Chevrolet for service to my Blazer. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and they had my vehicle back for servicing by 9. The appointment only took an hour which is the projected time they told me when I checked in. The staff was very courteous. The waiting facility was clean with coffee and water offered. I did have to wait 3 weeks out for the appointment which was disheartening but I believe that since they are so professional in their service and being the only Chevy Dealership in Wentzville, they are that busy.

Cory was an amazing help in finding my new car. He listened to what I wanted in my new car and answered all my questions. He was kind and very attentive to the cold weather and made sure my test drive was warm and comfortable. It was below freezing and he made sure to have on the heated steering wheel and seats!! We had to reach out to another dealer, Cory made sure to let me know what was happening and was in contact with me throughout the process. I have pre ordered a Camaro 3lt 4 months ago and was waiting for my order to be picked up by gm which never happened. I was going through chevy’s website to check Camaro availability in nearby dealerships and found a 2ss with mostly similar build to my 3lt order.
