The staff has been great for my stay. Moving from Nc and trying to get acclimated to Maryland they have been most accommodating and helpful. Management makes sure the guests are taken care of to the best possible conditions. I highly recommend this location.

I have stayed here several times and they never disappoint. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, I'll definitely return next time I'm in MD.

I am a long-term resident. The website says that Wi-Fi is free, but every time I go to book a room, the hotel charges me $64. I did see that the website says it is free, but I don’t know why the front desk charged me so many unknown fees. cost

I stayed at this hotel A week ago and the customer service was splendid I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Maryland and This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and outgoing Rolle and Brian went far and beyond to help me find my luggage that was left behind there customer service was impeccable they really made me feel at home .Thank you so much for making my stay amazing ! The room was beautiful and clean 🧼 smelled like I cleaned it myself 😂🙏🏾God bless y’all thank you again !

I had a great stay at this location. Check-in was fast and the young man who helped me was very friendly. I requested a kitchen set which was promptly provided, it was very convenient and economical to be able to cook in the room. The room was nice and clean.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always received excellent service and attention to detail. The staff is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and beyond immaculate.
This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank every staff member who has been so kind to us, especially Mohammed; talking to him is always a genuine and positive experience; he's always so nice and cheerful while remaining professional; he's awesome. We would never consider staying anywhere else now.

Great service…Everyone at the hotel was friendly, from the reception staff to those who clean the rooms. Kahina Mouaici, the general manager, and Uzo, the team lead, have been very accommodating! In regard to my room, I love the nice kitchen area and that it’s equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of cabinet space, beautiful counters, a cook top, microwave, and nice size sink. Having windows that open adds a nice touch, great lighting and a feeling of home. I also appreciate that they allow dogs.

The check in staff were so incredibly kind and helpful! I arrived hours before the 3 PM check in and they offered to store my bags for me, and then let me know I could actually check in early and they would waive the extra fee.

They are very helpful they are kind they show they care and it is really quite and they don’t mind be bothered with any questions

I had a wonderful experience staying at Extended stay for a week, Kahina the manager was more than sweet, helpful, and super professional! She made the experience all together one of my best in US hotels. Make sure to ask for her.

I live outside the country, but became stuck in the US once COVID hit. I found this place quickly online and moved in about four months ago. I have only good things to say. Excellent location, quiet, ample parking, comfortable bed, lots of restaurants and stores close enough to walk to, and privacy. BUT, most of all, it was the staff that made me want to come back. They are like friends. Honestly, when I read some of the complaints below, I think these people simply did not go to the front desk and talk to the staff. ANYTHING I needed, they were able to help with. I highly recommend this hotel. You will not find a better deal with nicer people or setting. I am sad to leave! I will definitely come back here if my travels bring me to this area in the future. Special thanks to all the staff!!

Correct, pleasant choice while moving with pet, hotel was clean, fresh, no smoky odors.
Front desk attendants were personable, attentive to needs, no matter which extended stay hotel, attendant spoke with, all supportive.
Pristine rooms, phenomenal comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen area.
I recommend your visit, with pet, $25 pet fee, good deal. Pup was happy.

The front desk staff is very welcoming, always friendly, very kind and are ready to assist you in anyway that they can to make your stay feel like home. Management (Ms. Kahina aka Ms K) is also wonderful. It is apparent that she cares not only about the property itself, as it's always spotless, but also cares about each guest. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was treated like family and I loved it! The best ESA by far that I have ever stayed in!!! ❤

I have stayed here multiple times and everything is amazing and by far my favorite Extended Stay America hotel! Everyone is super nice and accommodating and willing to work with you with whatever your situation is. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It’s also really convenient to a lot of restaurants and there’s a grocery store and gas right up the street within walking distance too! If you ever get the chance to stop by or check out the area if you’re passing by, make sure you book a stay here because their customer service and room cleanliness and overall satisfaction for a great day/nights stay is superb! Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 4 months from November 2021 to March 2022. Although there was noise like any hotel any questions/problems I had for being there all that time were quickly and professionally dealt with. The staff was friendly and great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
