Express Factory Outlet

Last minute, my son needed a suit for homecoming so after 3 stores we tried Express. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with the service. We were greeted as we walked in and trying on suits within a couple minutes. In and out in 15 minutes with my son loving his suit. Prices were so good we even got his brother one while we were there. Thank you Tricia, you saved me big time.

Had to go back to Subglass Hut to exchange two pairs of sunglasses. It was so effortless. The lady working the counter helped me out and I have two new pairs on the way. Way to go Sunglasses Hut

I came to this place with a need to buy a new dress jacket. This location taylors more to those of you that haven't succumbed to the pandemic diet like I have . 10 months ago I would have fit into any of their recommended apparel. Their very efficient staff recommend another place to suit my needs and when I expressed a desire for a new casual shirt they were more than willing to help. I appreciate everything they did for me and will certainly be back for more casual clothes. This was a very good experience for me with the limited time and willingness I have to shop.., well done ✅

I live in Biloxi, MS. The closest Express is the Express Outlet in Gulfport, MS. Today 3.24.22 at 10:43am...the store is locked and no one is answering the phone. I wanted to pay on my credit card and drove 10 miles to do so...this is very frustrating, please resolve.

Today 4.3.22. At 12:15p, the creq was excellent!! Greeting at entrance and departure...and the lady working the register was superb. Only if this could be the experience every visit

I didnt have much of an experience. I saw a shirt in the window. I went in and asked for it, paid for it and left🙂

I love the clothes; youthful & not maw maw looking styles that older women wear. I've always had courteous & helpful service.
