Best Western Plus Silver Creek Inn

I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel in Cedar Point, North Carolina, and had an exceptional experience. The staff was welcoming, and check-in was smooth. My room was immaculate and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, close to local attractions.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the fitness center and pool were great for unwinding. Overall, the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made for a memorable stay. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Great hotel! I was there earlier this week just for one night as I was exploring the area and everything was perfect for me. First I swam some laps in the pool. My room was clean. The bathroom was perfect, with everything citrus - shampoo, conditioner, body lotion - most refreshing. The person at the front desk was friendly and so helpful in suggesting a restaurant for me to dine at. The restaurant was excellent too. In the morning, there was breakfast included, with a variety of food to choose from. The morning front desk person was really helpful too, giving me excellent directions to where I needed to go. I will definitely stay there again if I return to the area!

The room was nice and clean. The front desk attendant was great when I arrive. She had a great vibe to her and was light and funny and made me feel very welcomed. But the attendant on night shift was very off-putting. He didn't lock the front doors which were supposed to be after 10pm. He was no where to be seen and I had to ring the bell for service several times before he appeared from the back. He also didn't know the elevator stopped working and when I told him he was very argumentive that it was working until he actually checked. He never apologize for his behavior or for the inconvenience of having to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

We booked through a 3rd party group that booked us in the wrong room. The desk staff that checked us in was able to get us in a room that we wanted. We did have a minor issue with the room, which they bent over backwards to correct. Jackie, the night manager, was especially great and made sure the issue was resolved correctly! The breakfast and coffee options were fantastic and the area was very clean! The location was great as well. I didn't love the bed, bedding and pillows, but it is a hotel, so I can't have too high of expectations. We had a great stay and will definitely be back in the future!

I was skeptical at first but trusted the reviews and I am glad I did. The rooms are very nice and the place is comfortable and clean! Staff is super friendly. Had a great stay and will stay there again!

My family and I booked this hotel during the Labor Day weekend, it was my daughter’s birthday weekend and she wanted a beach weekend. One afternoon after being at the ocean all day, I asked the front desk woman what places delivered pizza…she actually called around to find out who would deliver, and who was the least expensive too. We talked and I shared that it was my daughter’s 18th birthday…she and I remembered way back to our 18th…later we received a call up to our room and my daughter was requested to come down to the front desk…they had a cake for her and all sang to her…it was so thoughtful! The woman (Guillian?) who cooked everyday, was also the most hospitable person. It was such a great stay! Thank you to everyone there! We are grateful ❤

Definitely a $300 room if you were in Boston New York or Atlanta. This particular Best Western has been renovated since the last time I was here and is very nice along with modernize upgrades and improvements. I was particularly surprised by the customer service of the night manager when I didn't have my rewards card on me. He could have charged me the higher rate and I would have been fine with that because I didn't have the required credentials but I was having a bad day and I think he could sense that so he took care of me and I really appreciated it. Especially when he helped with the door getting my stuff in and checking up on me making sure that the room was to my liking that kind of customer service goes a long way and is really hard to find in today's day and age so thank you very much Evan P. Your service was a 10 out of 10 Stars and I wish you the best running this Best Western in the future.

I originally had a horrible time booking online. I’m not sure if something is wrong with Best Western’s booking website on the corporate end, or if it was an issue somewhere else, but I was having “technical difficulties” and getting frustrated booking rooms for some of our workers.

When I was finally able to make the reservation, I discovered that I had accidentally made them for THE WRONG DAY! After giving up on reaching customer service I decided to just reach out to the hotel directly, and I am SO glad I did.

A man named Evan answered and was exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional. He was able to resolve all my issues with a smile I could almost hear over the phone, and made me feel like the mistake (MY mistake!) was “no big deal”. It truly felt like he cared about making my experience as stress-free and easy as possible.

When our employees checked in, I am told Ivan was still there and greeted them with a smile, made them feel welcome, and even changed the room for one of them so he could have a ground floor room after a hard days work! I am told the rooms are clean and the hotel well appointed, and the staff is clearly amazing! We will DEFINITELY be booking here for our future business needs.

Big roomy king size rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful breakfast options. Plenty of parking. Very wheelchair accessible. Exercise room, swimming pool, meeting room and wonderful friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay! The property has been upgraded, and is very clean. It isn’t old like I had thought when I saw online pictures. The staff was very friendly and greeted me each and every time I came in and out. Great location. The beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

TL;DR: Stay here. Helpful people. Dog friendly. Close to the beach. Eat at Trading Post and Snapperz.

We stayed for one night. We had a terrible experience with our Airbnb, and found ourselves in quite a bind looking for a room. We called every hotel on the island, and none of them would welcome our two dogs. We found this Best Western and honestly hesitated because it was a Best Western. In the end, this was the only hotel that offered AAA discounts, and we got a room for a really great price. The young lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, she spoke to us like we were friends. Our dogs were anxious about their first time in a hotel, and she even stopped by our room to give them treats and texted my wife with updates while we were out for the evening. The breakfast was impressive for a continental breakfast, and each of the employees I came into contact with were willing to help and very friendly. We ended our trip wishing we would have just stayed here to begin with. Only a five minute drive to Crystal Coast beaches, and less to great food. (I recommend the Trading Post for breakfast, Snapperz for dinner and Sweet Spot for dessert.)

I was looking for a hotel for a few days in the area and I read the previous reviews.. now I'm sorry if at the time you were there it wasn't finished or being remodeled.

They have completely REMODELED this beautiful hotel. I normally stay at Hilton, but this BWPlus is gorgeous!!
I was greeted with smiles from Missy, and a friendly owner and they both went out of their way for me and my son.
The room is gorgeous, clean and love the updates, new toilets, floors etc. Staying at a Hilton previously, I would love a plush mattress pad on our bed at the BW, but I still slept thru the night and was comfortable.
I suggest to STAY HERE!! If I'm back here I will stay again. No, I didn't use the big sauna bathtub..

This Best Western is always our first choice. Jackie at the front desk is always friendly, smiling, welcoming and goes our of her way to accommodate. Guille serves the breakfast with a friendly smile and great attitude. Great folks working here! Room is clean and fresh towels are provided daily. Highly recommend Best Western Plus in Swansboro NC. ❤

My significant other and I had a one-night stay here at the Silver Creek Inn and loved it. The complimentary breakfast was more than filling and the whirlpool tub was extremely relaxing. Quite nice for an affordable romantic evening. The sheets were clean and the room was spotless from defects. I will be using this hotel in the future as well as recommending it!

My family and I always come to this Best Western whenever we visit Emerald Isle and don't have an extra room at the beach house. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel making the location extremely convenient. If someone is going to the pier it's probably an even shorter drive. The staff at the hotel is wonderful. They were always smiling and happy to help. Whenever I ran into the staff they always greeted me with a friendly smile. While I was at the hotel I also enjoyed the breakfast. It was a small selection however I always left full. In the mornings I also enjoyed the small exercise room provided by the hotel.

My Brother and I stayed here to attend my Son's Graduation at Camp Geiger. The drive to base is not bad at all. It is convenient. The Hotel was very nice and Staff is amazing. They're very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. I had a good night sleep. Any issues that arise, they will resolve to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I would like to give Ms. Ella a warm Thank You. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is not only well maintained but it also is outfitted with staff that are friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to help accommodate each guest to their specific needs.
My mother and father including me have been staying here over 30 days due to our home being repaired and the service has been excellent.
The staff including owner has went out of their way to insure proper and comfortable accommodations for my family and I.
My father being handicapped and the effort put forth for my family has been beyond my expectations

Very clean room and the man working the front desk was very helpful and gave me good information on the fun things to do during my stay. The house cleaning staff was very friendly and had no problem giving me an extra towel. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in that area.

Excellent value! Room was clean and fairly modern. Large flat screen TV. Great location just a short drive to Emerald Isle. I would compare this in quality to most Hampton Inns.
