STL Authentics

Ordered an authentic 3rd alternate Jordan Kyrou jersey and had it hand stitched. It is absolutely phenomenal! Delivered within a few weeks time was pretty good as well, being I made a custom order. Can't wait for Blues/Blackhawks April 10th to wear it to the game!

Beware of game days.... Or other evenings they have events.... I made the mistake I checked online.... Says it's open wasn't open... As far as customer service in the store.... A+... The gentleman even went to the other team store to get the item I was inquiring about. .. . My only complaint is update the website if you're going to close early I know not many people really go there outside of gameday... But I made a special trip.... That gentleman went out of his way to get the item I asked for..... And thank you so much.... Let's go BLUES!

I recently ordered 2 shirts, one came as ordered and the other had the size miss marked. StL Authentics promptly sent us the correct size. Great customer service.

Love the store. All things Blues! Crowded during intermission. Get there 1 1/2 hours before game and spend time uncrowded. Let’s Go Blues!

Extremely friendly staff; Got in and out quickly with exactly what I wanted.

I placed my order on 12/10/21. My order confirmation said to expect 5-10 business days for my order to be packaged. A few days later I saw all the negative reviews on google and immediately started to worry. I called the store a few times and did get ahold of someone who told me orders usually ship in about a week, she was nice and hoped it would arrive by Christmas. On 12/17/21 I received an email that a label was made and by 12/18/21 my order was shipped UPS. It arrived today, 12/20/21 and I couldn’t be happier! Not sure if I just got lucky or if they have hired more to take on online orders. Very very happy I have my order for Christmas!

Was a slight mess up with patches that we bought after buying the jersey, to be added. The staff more than made up for it and were very quick to get it fixed for us!! Still will be a happy customer!

Had an issue with a online order and the staff & management at STL Authentics went above and beyond to make my order right. I'll have no problems returning there for merchandise in the future. You can always call the staff there if you have any questions about their return policy before you purchase

Didn't have any of the aforementioned shipping issues that others have had. Ordered sweatshirt 8 days prior to its arrival – perhaps a little longer than some other stores but I certainly did not experience some of the horror stories that others mentioned. Hopefully this is not an aberration and STL Authentics have changed their ways over these last few months.

Every time I go to STL Authentics, they have fantastic customer service and super friendly. Today, they stayed open until I could get there a few minutes after closing. They were awesome! Thank you, STL Authentics!

They're still getting in Stanley Cup Champions merchandise & they're the only place that sold the window decals. They were sold out, but will be getting more in soon!!!
