This Pharmacy is THE BEST and most caring in St. Louis!
The owner/Pharmacist is the nicest and best I've ever encountered.
She has gone above and beyond for me, and others, in this crazy world of Big Pharma madness.

Kudos to this pharmacy and the very caring, competent people who work there!
I have a sore throat and on Saturday I was at Target so I decided to ask the pharmacist if they had any of those spray products that help cure it. She said “probably down that aisle” to which I replied “there are a lot of products there and I find it, could you be more specific?”. She brushed me off saying “down that way…I’m not even sure we have it”. So I left and stopped by Keller on the way home around 1:15pm. I didn’t know they closed at 1pm on Saturdays but the person who was there invited me in anyway, asked about symptoms and explained each product they had, including price, and shelf life. I really appreciated their time and care. My partner and I moved all our prescriptions to Keller!

Paula and the Keller staff are the absolute best! After nightmare after nightmare at big chain pharmacies, I made the switch to independent, and I’ll never go back! Paula knows me, and has actually saved me a ton of money by suggesting coupons I was unaware of. Love, love, love Keller!

I got sick of waiting on the line for not great service with the big chains... They actually care for their patients are are helpful! I was in a major crunch and one of the big guys had messed up all my dad's medicines and they really came through. I won't go anywhere else but here going forward.

Buy Local! A friendly neighborhood pharmacy with everything in the pharmaceutical line that the big chains offer. If something isn't in stock Paula can get it for you quicker than Amazon.

I am not a customer here but rather someone that works in pharmaceutical sales. My job is to stop by numerous pharmacies per day and I am frequently treated very differently than customers as pharmacists are usually busy and can often be curt with me. However Paula was exceptional. Even though it was clear that she had had a long day and was not interested in what I had to offer she was very nice and generous with her time. I think that this is a reflection on the kind of person she is and the way that she treats her customers. It reminds me of a Dave Barry quote that says "If your date is nice to you but mean to the waiter then they are not a nice person." I won't be a customer here because I don't live nearby, but if I did I would absolutely do business here.

They are the best. These independent pharmacies are knowledgeable and have the time to talk to you. They have the same education as those at the big chains. The deductibles are the same. Why not go where your health is in the hands of someone who is not timed on how long they talk to you?

I love this pharmacy. The staff are always very friendly and great. As someone with anxiety, picking up meds or doing things publicly in general can be very stressful, but I always feel really comfortable dealing with them. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. The people that work there always go out of their way to help me. They have even stayed open later if I could not get there before they closed. They are friendly and flexible. I also love that it is supporting a local business.

FYI, take a moment and look at their display cases. They have some really interesting old artifacts from prescriptions for whisky to old mortar and pestles. Really cool place.

This is a great shop. The owner is very personable and let me know that she can get anything she doesn't have at the shop within a day. It's also in a very walkable part of the Macklind area. I highly recommend it.

Can't get service like this ANYWHERE ELSE! Got so tired of screw ups from every chain in our area so we drive an hour+ for the specialized service we have only found here! Can't beat a pharmacy that actually cares for their patients versus pharmacies that see you as a number and dollar sign! Will continue to drive as they take very good care of me!

I love this place. The staff is so friendly. We order a ton of medicine monthly bc i have a child with a genetic disease and they are always on top of everything, even if i forget, they remind me. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We've been customers for years (at least 10). They are always very kind, helpful and quick. We love the personalized attention and "neighborly" approach that the owner and all the staff have.

Keller Apothecary is one of the best pharmacy's I gone to over the last few years. The staff is very helpful and friendly and a great presence in the South Hampton area.

I just love this pharmacy. You can't get the service they give any big pharmacy. I was so sorry to see that they had to move. As soon as I find out where they moved to I will be going back there
