Great place to walk and take your pooch along! Being a large expanse situated on a very flat, grassy floodplain, makes it an excellent place to walk or peddle on what would otherwise be just unusable greenspace. The old mint museum on site remains underutilized for historic appreciation purposes and civic activities.

Went to see a dear friends memorial tree. Great walking paths , enjoyed the Mother's day there.

Nice walkway. Charlotte has a long way to go in terms of greenway infrastructure but this is at least a small start.

It's okay. A lot of dog owners don't pick up after their pooches and leave you to navigate landmines everywhere. With the rain it made everything even more nasty.
