Jersey Mike's Subs

Veggie, Italian, and Cheese steak. They are all great sandwiches. We love Jersey hots! Bread is made fresh everyday at each location. All of the meat is cut freshly in front of you. They also have a new bread, parmesan and herbs. Everything is so fresh. I understand that some things break down. Two sodas were broken on the fountain. It's all good because it's all about the sandwiches there.

If you’re a fan of East Coast subs (think Jersey shore or Philly) and find yourself craving what out west here, then this is your place.

I’d recommend a #7 (Turkey & Provolone on bread with all the fixins) or a #13 (The Original Italian) on a spinach wrap with all the fixins. Make it a combo and get your favorite kind of chips (add a few to your sandwich … you’ll thank me after) and a drinks to go with that sub.

I really appreciate how polite the staff was. I can’t tell you the last time I was greeted the minute I walked in the door, before I was at the counter. Good was classic Jersey Mike’s. In other words, delicious. Great location.

Guys are great. Friendly service and amazing sandwiches. Like 10x better than subway and 5x better than Jimmy John's.

I had their Rosemary cheese bread or whatever it's called and sheesh it was on point. So much flavor!!

I have a great experience every time I come in. The people are nice. Food is good. Prices are just a bit higher than I'd prefer but I feel like it's worth it for the fresher taste.

i went when it was super busy. i noticed all of the employees working during the lunch rush were very personable and kind to everyone. the service was quick and the food was awesome. i ordered a BLT dave’s way and it was perfect:) very happy with this location!

Great subs and great service! The crew was moving so fast but still was being friendly. Food was top tier!

Review Update!

I'm writing to counter the review of Danielle Hartin about Avril, the employee with the bullnose ring at Jersey Mike's. I've been going to this location for over a year and have never had a rude interaction with Avril. She is always business oriented first, which may seem rude to some, but it's not. She is simply trying to help you get your order correct and get you out of the store as quickly as possible so you can get on with your day.

When the line gets long, Avril, Reagan and so many others are the ones who are working their hardest to get through it as quickly as possible. She may not be the one who is making jokes and small talk, but she is the one who is organizing everything to keep the business running smoothly.

I think it's important to note that the way someone comes into a business can dictate the service they receive. If you come in rude or demanding, you're more likely to get a rude response. However, if you come in polite and patient, you're more likely to receive the same treatment from Avril or anyone else anywhere!

I've been to Salty Peaks multiple times in their 36 years of business, and I can assure you that they don't give one-star service. Businesses like that don't stay in business for long.

I think Danielle Hartin's review of Avril is unfair and inaccurate. I've never seen Avril be rude to anyone, and I've always received excellent service from her. I would highly recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone, and I would specifically ask for Avril, Reagan or really anyone there to be my customer service person.

Last Review... I've been going to this Jersey Mike's for years, and I've always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I have a few food allergies, and the staff is always very accommodating. They take the time to ask me about my allergies and make sure that my food is prepared safely. I've never had a problem with my food being contaminated, and I always feel confident ordering from this Jersey Mike's.

I also love that Jersey Mike's is a big supporter of local businesses. They really care about their customers. I can tell that the staff is proud to work there, and they go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy.

I would highly recommend this Jersey Mike's to anyone looking for a great sandwich. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm so glad that I have a this Jersey Mike's near me.

The customer service was amazing and the sandwiches were amazing! Those kids in there are truly a nice friendly bunch! They work hard and get the job done. Such delicious sandwiches!

I just have to say that after 6 months of Reagan telling me to at least try one of the hot cheesesteaks instead of my super sub I finally did comment I ordered it 40 minutes ago and I pulled it out of the package just now it's still very hot. Do you know what are the odds of that are I mean a toasted Subway sandwich is cold by the time you drive home and that took 3 minutes Jersey Mike's is just seriously better than everybody else and this jersey Mike's in particular deserves your business.

Jersey Mike's Subs is my go-to place for a quick and delicious lunch/Dinner. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they are always willing to accommodate any special requests. I have been going to this particular location for over a year, and they have gotten to know me so well that they know my order by heart. They even draw little turkeys on my wife's turkey sandwich so I know which one is mine.

I love the fresh ingredients that Jersey Mike's uses. The bread is always soft and fluffy, and the meat is always juicy and flavorful. I also love the variety of toppings that they offer. I can always find something to my liking, whether I'm in the mood for a classic #5 sandwich or something more adventurous like the Philly cheesesteak (Which Reagan is still talking me into trying it).

I would highly recommend Jersey Mike's Subs to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying lunch/dinner. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and the prices are reasonable. I can't wait to go back again soon! Like seriously tomorrow, it has been probably three days and that is way too long, if you don't believe me ask anyone of our friends there.

It's hard sometimes to frequent a location. Because when you are considered a regular, they figure they've already won your business and therefore they do not have to try. But at this location it is the exact opposite. They beyond take care of us, they want to know what is going on in our life and why they haven't seen us in a couple days which is sad but true and damn it's good.

Shout out to all the crew members at Jersey Mike's, but especially Reagan. You guys are the best! And I apologize that I don't know all of your names by heart. But I appreciate you all for making my lunch/dinner experiences so great.

One year ago...

It may sound strange starting a review using another company's name, but boy I miss Blimpie. So I was stuck eating at Subway until my daughter suggested Jersey Mike's.

So I order a number five and to my absolute delight it is almost identical to the contents of the Blimpie best sandwich I used to love. I think I ate here three times that week.

My wife has their mobile app and she already has our orders preset even a small sandwich is enough if you're looking for lunch and a regular is just flat out huge. The staff at this location is always so friendly I wonder every time how can they be so happy when they're so busy.

All I can hope is the Jersey Mike's and anybody else's area is as good as the one in foothill because this place rocks.

Absolutely stellar service! Jersey Mike's has fantastic food and they're really well made. This store in particular has excellent employee's with exemplary customer service skills! The sub was made quickly and the employee's were really kind! I will probably make this my go to for subs!

Completely filled by an act of genuine kindness.

The woman making our sandwiches was cheerful and engaged us in warm conversation while preparing our food. My wife happened to mention that we were enjoying a rare moment alone while our kids were with friends and while the children in our foster care were visiting their parents. This sweet woman lit up. She came over and whispered something to another woman who rang up our order. Even though we used a coupon, these kind people gave us a special deal on top of it, all without saying a word to us.

I'm so glad that I asked for a copy of the receipt; otherwise, I wouldn't have known. When I went back to thank this thoughtful lady, she explained that she wanted us to have an extra nice day because she was grateful for our service to kids. It melted my heart.

The whole thing was done without any expectation of acknowledgment -- just pure generosity. And she did it with such obvious joy. It brightened my whole day.

Besides that, our sandwiches were delicious. My Big Kahuna Cheese Steak was deeply flavorful: perfectly seasoned; flawlessly grilled onions and peppers; tender, juicy beef; and lots of gooey cheese. My wife's Original Italian had tons of just-sliced, intensely tasty meats; crisp lettuce; and exactly right seasonings. The bread was fresh and chewy with a crisp crust.

These were already my favorite sandwiches. Today made my love for this shop all the more sure.

Delicious sandwiches but especially Wonderful customer service at the foothill location! Courtney and Tucker went above and beyond with customer service and kindness over a somewhat complicated order and situation and I really appreciated it. They didn’t have to go above and beyond but they did anyway and it really was such a great experience and I wanted to share. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have them seriously!

First of all, this is one of my favorite sandwich franchisees. This location is well managed and staffed. The venue is well kept, clean and fresh. The food is great, which is consistent with my expectations from any Jersey Mike's shop.

This is a great sandwich chain. I first tried in in Washington and when they started popping up all over Utah I was excited. This location in particular is very close to where I live so I go here a lot. I have never had a bad experience they are always nice and fast and have never made a sandwich wrong. On one occasion while I was getting a sandwich a very rude customer came in complaining that she had put in a catering order and demanded to know where it was. They didn’t have it ready and said they didn’t know about it. She continued to yell and scream at the workers at one point offering that she would go back and help them make the sandwiches as if that wasn’t a major health code violation. I understand her frustration but miscommunications happen and it doesn’t seem fair to take it out on the workers at jersey mikes. I think this location is great and will always continue to go here so if her goal was to scare people off with her screaming, it didn’t work.
