Dropped in today for the 1030 coached by Devon - ended up being one of the best coached CF classes I've ever attended. I've been at CF for 6.5 years and 3 boxes (moved). Devon pointed out things I'd been doing not quite right that took my jerk from good to great! wow! Also a tough WOD. We did the squat clean and jerk in 3 sets: broken down from the floor, several reps; 7 x 3 rep OTM from floor; and from the rack just jerk. 7 sets x 3 building. This is way more weight work than at my box - loved it!!! Plus, only 1 other guy showed up, so lots of coaching and no time waiting for many to set up.
I definitely recommend this box.
