This place has the perfect atmosphere for a hot date, meet up for apps and drinks, or hanging with some gal pals for some drinks. An amazing view, great wait staff, and food that is to die for. The crepe dessert got me good. It was delicious!!! Would definitely recommend AND plan on returning someday.

This is a great date night restaurant. Romantic music, cool breeze on the rooftop and amazing food. Took my wife who loved the vibe. This was our first time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Vegetarian and vegan friendly dinner options.

Vin De Set is just lovely! Cozy, vibrant, and ambient, it really feels like a slightly hipster French restaurant without being cheesy or cliché. The service was great, the food delicious, and the drinks creative and interesting.

Vin de Set has become my new favorite restaurant. The environment made it warm and relaxing. The music was legitimately perfect and set The mood for its French cuisine. Don’t ever get rid of the music if literally made my meal more delicious 🖤 Our server I wish I remember his name, he has a shaved head and was very tall, he was so incredibly sweet and had a heart of gold. Our water glasses were constantly full and the food was DELICIOUS. The cheese was fresh and yummy and I had the ratatouille and it tasted like a garden of flavor! 🖤. I had the cucumber melon cocktail which was very refreshing. My partner had the filet mignon with green beans and mashed potatoes and I tried some it was so soft tender and full of flavor. My partner also had their whiskey and it was so smooth and delicious. From the food, service and environment this place is excellent. Your service made my birthday very special thank you!

UPDATE: We went for our anniversary and again service was 5 stars, the host asked if we were celebrating tonight and offered to take our photo.

We sat down and noticed the menu had changed I really wanted their ratatouille again but it was swapped for the Eggplant Napoleon and I was not disappointed, the There was that acid from the Tomato pistou with the creaminess of the goat cheese that made it delicious with the eggplant. My partner got the beef and it was cooked to perfection. He said it was tender and full of flavor.

I really enjoy the music they play, it’s light combo of French / jazz it creates a nice ambience.

This is the place I will keep going to for special occasions.

The atmosphere was great and we ate on the rooftop even though it was hot it was worth it. Photo opportunity as you can see is good with the arch in the background.
The food was very good however my significant other’s ribeye came out over cooked. Even though she tried to eat it I convinced her into saying something. Management was very professional and brought out an entirely different ribeye. No questions were asked even though some of the rib-eye was consumed. Thank you management for taking care of us and giving us an awesome experience.

This place is top notch every time I visit. The service is always friendly and attentive. The food is fantastic. I've yet to try anything on the menu I was disappointed by.

Vin De Set is amazing! The service was quick and friendly, the outdoor seating was lovely, and the food was perfect! And the prices were actually very reasonable for the quality of food you get!

All in all, we got a lot of food. The steak frites was divine, the steak perfectly cooked and the fries were some of the best I've ever had. My friends got scallops and pork, both cooked to tenderness. We also got brussel sprouts, a vegetable julienne salad, the meatballs, and croquettes and everything was so so so good.

The creme brulee is a must, best one I've ever had hands down, and I try to eat every creme brulee I come into contact with.

I'm just sad we went there while on vacation, and I can't have it whenever I want. 😭

My husband and I made reservations for our Anniversary and we'll be back for sure. Service was awesome, ambiance was beautiful and the food was amazing. I had duck for the first time(well done) and I was not disappointed at all.

The service was GREAT! The food was AWESOME! The dessert was the BEST!!! Definitely recommend coming here if your willing to spend $200 for 2!! Loved the view when we sat outside and they even turned on the heater when it got chilly outside! Definitely a nice fancy way to have a date night!!!

French rooftop bar and restaurant located close to Lafayette Square and Downtown West. The relaxed atmosphere allows you to enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious bite of food. Vin De Set, has great city views and an expansive drink menu. A unique place to enjoy a night out.

We went to Vin De Set shortly after Valentine's day. We had a delicious meal in a lovely setting. The fish was part of a Lenten special that was probably the best item we ate. Our waitress was good but not as helpful as the wait staff we have had in the past. Vin De Set is a great restraunt to visit on a special occasion, especially when the weather is nice and you can eat on the beautiful rooftop.

My 1st time going on my birthday as a surprise, I didn't know what to expect, the food and the atmosphere was great, and the guy who took care of us named Charles was nothing short of amazing.

Wonderful evening spent here with my wife on our anniversary. Food was delicious and drinks were as well. We had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere wonderful service in a gorgeous restaurant with amazing food! We have never had French food before and our first time was absolutely wonderful, we came here for valentines day and it was great. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Great food and the bar staff was on point. I was lucky enough to get the last Chilean Sea Bass and boy was I happy 😁 I enjoyed it, thank you.

First time here, late after a comedy show. Service was great, wonderful lemondrop cocktail. Spicy Crab beignets were delicious but not too spicy. We had the Chilean seabass and the filet. The seabass was perfect, my husband's filet was a little bit overcooked but not a huge deal, he said still tasted great and tender. We were seated on the rooftop, weather couldn't have been any better. We loved the atmosphere and will be back with friends and family. Yes, you will most likely have a view of the parking lot but it didn't bother us, after all you are in the city.
