Today, 2020-04-02, I thought for a moment it was April Fools day and someone was playing a joke. Two days ago I used their website to enter all the data needed to transfer a prescription. I did not hear anything so I called this morning.
DO NOT try to transfer a prescription via their website... they do not look at it.
DO NOT go to the Fairview Heights location, it is OUT OF BUSINESS.
DO NOT try to transfer a prescription from out of state to the St Louis location, they do not seem to understand how to do it. I spoke first with a technician and then a manager. Amazing incompetence.

I suggested to the manager that it takes just a few minutes to update their website to let people know that Fairview Heights is closed and that the Transfer Prescription function DOES NOT WORK... and to call their main 314 number if they want to try to get anything accomplished. She is terribly incompetent.

They are so rude , they do not care about their customers at all , had to switch pharmacy's, they offer free delivery service , but do not deliver and make you waste a day waiting on them. And when asked why you didn't deliver their response was I don't know. Do yourself a favor and do not use this pharmacy, save yourself the headaches

Just received a 22 page legal documentation from the State of Missouri stating that this company is going into receivership because a bank in Clayton wants their money. I'm still trying to figure out why I received this. Very interesting though.
