Nice little bar with a good Cheeseburger. Very prompt and friendly waitress, she really earned the 5th star that Sunday evening

I called in my order today. The bartender on duty was super helpful as I didn't know what trashed wings were. She described them and that's what I ordered.

I arrived way earlier than the pickup window time frame she gave me. I sat at the bar and the bartender that took was my order was super friendly and attentive.

The wings were super delicious and I will definitely be back. I had no idea this place was literally a 40 second drive from where I live.

Just moved to the neighborhood from the CWE and was excited to find a good neighborhood bar as where I'm moving from lacked many good smaller bar/grills. Came with some friends and was super happy to find exactly what I was looking for. Good staff, good bar food, and a good neighborhood bar environment with a great patio. Will be coming back for sure!

I love it here!! This place is like my home away from home. $5 burgers on Mondays and Fridays, 1/2 priced appetizers on Thursday, and 1/2 priced 16" pizzas on Sundays. $2 domestic bottles Monday-Friday, and much more. The staff is super friendly, and in all honesty, most of them know me on a first name basis, and know exactly what I'm there for. Hands down, this place deserves like 10 stars, but sadly I have no way of making that happen. Keep up the good work. Thank you Katie and Vince for being the best servers anyone could ask for.

It's always a great time at The Mack! This place is our go-to when we don't feel like cooking and just want to relax and eat a burger. They are the smashed patty style. I don't like smashed burgers, but I love these!!!! They're that good. They have a limited menu right now due to Covid which is understandable and I am sure one of the ways they have been able to stay afloat during the pandemic. The staff is always nice, and it's clean and cozy for a dive. It's nice to be able to go to the Macklind area and not have to spend an arm and a leg.

This place is awesome. Great little local spot to hear a band. The staff is great, good bar food. Just watch out for AKA "Karen" Yes, The Mac has a Karen. Has a bad attitude and like's to yell at people for no reason. AKA "Karen" is harmless just likes to bark. Have fun

The wife, grands and I have dined in on occasion prior to covid and found everyone to be pleasant. We have had both 🐔 & 🍔 with 🍟 and prefer their the burgers. Food is good with good size portions. They offer carryout and I haven't had to wait if I called it in.

Great thin-crust pizza...and it's half-price on Sundays; great burgers...and they're $5 on Fridays and after 5:00 on Mondays; and the servers are always friendly. It's a great little neighborhood bar & grill that won't disappoint.

Still one of the best burgers in the area! The Mack is not fancy. Don't go looking for fancy food or decor, or fancy beer-you can find that in the next block. It's a neighborhood gathering spot, where at any time you will find families, buddies at the bar, couples on early dates (so obvious, so cute) and--maybe the best part--your neighbors. I've never visited the Mack without seeing at least one person I know, usually a neighbor, but not always. Once we walked in to see a coworker from Creve Coeur who was down for 1/2 price pizza Sunday!
There's always a game on, and there are always people outside smoking right by the door, which is the only thing I'd change. Just maybe down the sidewalk where the smoke is avoidable. But overall, it's SO good. It's reliable, fairly cheap, and friendly. If you go for a burger, don't order an appetizer--they are HUGE.

I was there for a Xmas party where the side area was reserved for us. The staff was friendly and attentive. I've been here before and the food is good, beer is cold and you always feel welcome!

The best burgers in South City, with prices that will feel like you're stealing them if you go on special night. Super friendly staff and a plethora of special shots they'll make, all categorized and advertised on the wall.

The food is great and the beer is cheap. They've got all kinds of beer from good IPA's to Natty!

They also have Pop-a-Shot and Golden Tee!

Check them out on Tuesday at 8pm for trivia. It's always a good time, and you'll hear some of the most vile/hilarious team names ever created.
