We ate at Mama Ricotta's for my birthday! Nathan, our server, was spectacular. He had the best sense of humor. The food was fresh and extremely delicious. Best cheesecake ever! Atmospherically, this is a place of warmth and peace!

Love this Brand wherever I go. So many flavors are my favorite, but really the Red Velvet. Beautiful Ladies Birthday Social was a great time to share buntini's for dessert.

5 stars!?! What about 20!? Every staff member here is so kind and always smiling. I always feel like im the only customer even when they are slammed. They have saved my life more than once on last-minute cake needs for birthdays and gatherings. I would send them a treat to say thank you, but NOTHING tops their cakes! They've never let me down, and their cakes are always everyone's favorite! I'm surprised this place doesn't have a line around the store daily! If you need to try it to be convinced, I highly suggest trying out ALL of their minis! You'll thank me later. ❤

We drove more than one hour to get here. Gong Cha is the best. Their waffle ice cream is extremely filling, beautiful, and delicious. The bubble green tea had an excellent fresh flavor. The staff were very serious about crafting lovely food! THANK YOU! This place is much better than Starbucks 🍵🍵🍵🍵 10/10

This is the place for birthday cakes. Love their bundlet cakes, they are small and half is enough for a serving. Love the taste and all the flavors. I've made them my choice for my birthday cakes! This is my second year purchasing them...

I live their cakes! I've bought one for each of my friends birthdays this year. I haven't had a flavor I didn't like!

The bundlets are so fresh! Lemon is my favorite followed closely by carrot cake!

What's not to love. Once seated, you are immediately tempted by the fluffy garlic rolls and spicy oil. My favorite salad ever is the tuscan salad from this restaurant (light dressing and tons of fresh mozzarella). The seafood pasta is also high on my recommendations list in addition to any pizza on the menu, particularly the one that comes with relish. Everyone else we come here with also enjoys their dish each time so it really doesn't seem like you can go wrong.

I ate at Mama Ricotta's the restaurant is amazing. Very romantic with a great view of downtown Charlotte NC. My girlfriend loved the fireplace on the back patio. With the view of downtown Charlotte, in the background. The food is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Went to the AT&T store. Went in to resolve a phone issue on my husband's smart phone. Not only was the issue resolved, but I was absolutely impressed by the terrific staff that was in there 8/19.

Visited Momma Ricotta's and it was delicious as usual. Their lunch menu was delicious and affordable. The two of us had an appetizer, entrées, and coffees for less than $35. There aren't very many places in Charlotte where you can get such consistently delicious food for that price. Loved it!

Cakes are delicious. Carrot cake is a favorite. Very friendly service!

Staff at this location was super friendly. The cake boxes at this location are much prettier than boxes I receive at the store located in Matthews.
