Justin arrived promptly and replaced a worn-out 20-year-old valve enabling us to turn our water back on. He cheerfully made the necessary trips to obtain supplies. We are grateful for his expertise and efficiency.

Justin was a courteous professional. He called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, and answered all of my questions prior to getting to work to replace the pressure reducing valve under my house. The quote for services was fair and was given prior to Justin starting any work. He completed his work quickly and cleanly; he even took some time afterward to review another small issue I was having with an external faucet!

Eric Pierson arrived promptly within the timeframe of the scheduled appt. He was courteous & also took the time to explain exactly what he planned to do before performing maintenance on my Trane Heat Pump. At this time, the Heat Pump appears to continue to operate properly which is a tribute to Eric's professionality.

As always, great service with Progressive! Marcus was able to help troubleshoot an issue with my water heaters in a timely fashion and was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

We went all winter with no heat except from our fireplace because I wanted to find a company that cared about their customers, their work ethics and their employees. We went with Progressive Service Co to do the HVAC system. The unit I had just didn't work for almost 4,000 sq ft. From start to finish, Reggie G, Mitch, Jonathan, Caleb, Robin G, Lisa B took on this job. They made us feel at ease and Reggie told us not to worry. He assured us the team that came out would do a great job. They have been courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. When they were done, they cleaned up even the smallest speck of dirt both inside and outside! Mitch saved the box from the thermostat with all the instructions and then Mitch walked me through adding the App for my thermostat to my iPhone so that I could control the unit from anywhere. I am so glad we went with Progressive Service Company! I have worked in Customer Service for over 25 years and I wish I could give them a 10 star rating because they deserve it. For the first time we slept comfortably with heat on the 2nd floor! Overall great experience! Easy call to set up the appointment, next day was great! Justin called when he was on the way, arrived promptly, was very polite, made sure inside pets stayed inside, identified and fixed the plumbing issue, checked other fixtures to ensure serviceability, explained repairs and covered some preventive maintenance tips. After unreliable service from others, I have always gone to Progressive Services for my plumbing needs. In the last few years, they have 1) cleared a toilet backup that was caused by a tree root in the underground pipe and installed a new cleanout; 2) installed a water heater; 3) fixed a leak in a different toilet. Earlier, they fixed a garbage disposal and taught me how to clear the pipe under the sink myself! They are not the cheapest service, but they show up on time and do quality work. Justin C. seems to be my "regular" plumber from them and he is excellent. It's good to know that there is reliable plumbing service when I need it -- often the same day!
