Mister Car Wash

They've got my loyalty. An unavoidable emergency with a driver led to some damage on several cars in the wash bay. The business manager stepped up and worked with us that were impacted to make everything right even though it was out of their control. I will use this wash forever and recommend them on that principle alone.

The line looked long when I arrived but it moved quickly. The employee who helped me select and pay for my wash was knowledgeable and kind. My car came out looking great. I highly recommend it!

I came to clean out my car before I sell it, and Mariah the manager went above and beyond by offering to spray off my mats with a hose to get some sticky material out that spilled. I was super grateful that she helped me get my car cleaned and that this was such a great place to stop by!

My husband and I used these guys for a couple years while we were in Utah — loved that we were able to simply drive through and get a solid wash, it was always great for after getting back from a snowy day when the car was covered in salt. But the real reason I’m giving them five stars is because after we moved, we called them to cancel. Not only did they make it SO easy — they gave us a refund for the two months since we had stopped using it, without even being asked or prompted. I was extremely impressed. There’s something to be said for how well a company handles losing a customer, and Mister Car Wash genuinely went above and beyond with that.

The membership makes keeping my car clean easier. I enjoy the couple of minutes going through the wash, I play a great song and watch the colors, bubbles, brushes and blowers. 🚙❤

First, customer service was 10/10. They let us go through again because we just finished a cross-country road trip and the front of our car was absolutely covered in bug guts. Also, never thought a car wash would be fun, but this experience was awesome. You park the car in neutral and let the little floor things drag your car through all the different wash steps. It was oddly satisfying.

Went through auto carwash. My windshield wipers popped off and bent.
In short order, the managers ordered new ones from my car dealership & installed them for me.
Very helpful, prompt & good communicators.
Definitely recommend Foothill Blvd location.

My husband and I came here to get the family car wash pack and we are so thrilled we did. The price is worth it to have a clean car, especially during the winter. When your car gets covered with slush, salt and snow it can be super busy sometimes. But if you find the right time of day you can be in and out vacuumed and everything in under 10 minutes. Pull your car up. They'll scan your barcode and in your car goes after you put it in neutral. Once you pull out there are free vacuums where you can also dry your car and get rid of your trash and off you go

Customer service at Mister Car Wash it's always so helpful love the free air compressor hose that gets into the hard to reach places. You can wash your car until your fully satisfied

If you like a clean car and don't have time to hand wash at home this is the place. The staff are friendly and happy to help the free vacuums with the air blowers to get those nooks and crannies clean are a major plus. If you go more than three times a month buy the monthly unlimited was it is nice.

In and out quickly. Sometimes super crowded and you won't find a spot to use the vacuum. Typically during the mid afternoon you're more likely to find a spot. Employees are great, helpful and friendly. If you pay for the wax it smells like cinnamon. Ha. Was not expecting that. It goes away after a while. Managing your membership is painless on the website. Highly recommend using these guys if their stores are in your convenient in your area.

Foothill Drive workers are the absolute BEST!!!!
On 11/28/22 I went to the spot on Foothill Drive to vacuum the inside of my car (I usually hit the Park City location because that's where I live, but they got rid of the vacuums there). Anywho, it was really cold out and snowing, but I decided to vacuum since I don't get to the city too often.

I was absent minded and accidentally locked myself out of my car- phone inside and all. Horrified by the situation i put myself in, I went to the guys working outside and asked if I could borrow their phone to call AAA. KAYDEN took it to the next level and grabbed his general manager to instead, break into my car to retrieve my keys. CADEL was determined to get my car unlocked. And despite the 20 degree weather and my stubborn car, he got it unlocked. KAYDEN, CADEL AND CREW MADE MY DAY!!!!!! Thank you guys!!!!! :)

This car wash is awesome, quick efficient entry and payment with kind customer service. I had bug guts on my car and the attendant, Ryan, offered to send the car through a second time because they weren’t washed clean in the first run. Amazing customer service.

Unlimited Monthly premium washes $32 a month. Free vacuums. Only thing I would change about this location is that at other locations they have people you dry your vehicle with towels when your coming out. It’d be nice if they had it here too.

Free vacuums and fast and effective car wash. The staff is always willing to help. Location is a bit tricky to access at times due to Foothill Drive being so busy, but overall great experiences here!!! Would definitely recommend.

They have made me a forever fan. At 35 weeks pregnant, I locked my keys and phone in my truck while vacuuming my car out. One employee let me use his phone to call my husband, another was able to actually get my door unlocked for me!! They were so gracious and patient with me.

Easy and convenient to get to. The unlimited monthly pass really pays for itself during the winter months. Can get a little congested due to the small corner it's in but the line flows pretty quickly. Staff are friendly. Dryer could do a better job but the tunnel length and equipment is limited due to the small lot size. Does a good job though.

This was the first time that I visited Mister Car Wash in Foothill location. The manager is super kind, friendly and patient. He guided me through the whole process. I had a great experience! I will visit this location again!

EXCELLENT customer service!!! We had salt caked on the wheels and undercarriage of our car, and the kiosk worker—I think his name was Ryan—let us go through twice to get all the salt off the outside. Super helpful (and seems to be a policy, since they’ve let me go through twice before if the car still needed an extra wash). THEN, when we went to use the air pressure gun to spray off all the remaining salt, we accidentally locked our keys, phones, wallets, EVERYTHING in our car. We didn’t know what to do, but the staff here helped us right away and used professional tools to pry open our door and unlock it from the inside. So BIG thanks to Ian (who worked so hard to unlock the door), Celeste (for giving him a hand), Ryder (for manually scraping off chunks of salt from our wheel wells AND for letting us use his phone), and Ryan (for helping us even when he was going on his break, and for the excellent customer service). You guys rock! We will be coming back for sure.
