This place is so great! I got a lot of lovely products and there is a spot in the back where you can try out Many of the Tarot and Oracle decks before you buy them with the displays. The staff was very friendly and if they did not know something they will research it for you. So helpful. Glad I found this shop on my vacation. Thank yuh

I have never met an employee I didn't like! It's a super fun store and then you add the very helpful staff, with personality abound, and it's a great environment to shop, browse and just be in!
You're sure to find many unique, beautiful items. I've never left empty handed! Definitely high on my happy places list!

Continuing my U.S. journey to collect palo santo from various metaphysical shops, The Bag Lady did not disappoint. Their palo santo is a cherished addition to my growing collection. I eagerly look forward to my next visit; it's a must-visit for any spiritual seeker passing through Charlotte.

Even though this store is not my kind of thing. More of my wife's style, I am still 110% in letting her spend money here. Every employee is a top notch human being. The store is super nice, very well put together and has a very positive feeling. I did not mind walking around while watching my wife enjoy herself.

It was my first time at the shop and I had only one rock in mind to purchase. I brought my 9 year old son. We both felt very welcomed and at ease. They respected him, admired his nail polish and I felt comfortable browsing with him. I usually feel retailers eyes on us from jump, but didn't here. I felt relaxed and accepted. I ended up spending over $100 and will definitely be back! Their selection and customer service was top notch. What a wonderful gem of a store

Very great spot! Nice variety and quality of stones and witchcraft accessories etc. Employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Also Dog Friendly! They even gave my Doberman a treat😁

I always enjoy my time at The Bag Lady, and they always have the best finds. I often go for incense as I practice Buddhism and often use them during meditations. Their assortment of crystals, incense, jewelry, and much more always makes stopping by worth it. I love going in and seeing what’s new when I’m in uptown and have always gotten good vibes from this shop and the staff.

Super nice staff!! I was so thirsty when I arrived, I asked about food and drink and the kind lady gave me a cup of water and a fig bar!!! I've never experienced that kind of hospitality in a retail store. So impressed!!

I liked how many different kinds if card decks they have and got a pretty silver ring although I did not find the Labradorite earrings that I was seeking.

One of my very favorite stores for holiday shopping. Plan to stay awhile and maybe set an alarm to make yourself leave lol.

This was our first visit at this location..We love it..Staff was so informative and friendly..its so well organized and most importantly they have a program rewards point for the customers this is so Awesome.(spend & earn discounts) such a Great idea. We will definitely be coming back..They even have a little area for children to read and learn. KUDOS❤❤

Don't come in here expecting to buy only one thing, I came in to replace a couple of crystals that would of cost me no more than $20, and I ended up spending well over $200, and the staff were Wonderful soon as I stepped foot in the door. Love 💜 This Place

Visited them today for the first time and really liked the store. Great selection including lots of stones, jewelry, candles, incense, and books. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent-sized adjacent parking lot with a short walk to the front door and only a couple steps.

Clean and well organized esoteric centered shop with a very nice offering of tumbled, raw, and carved gems and minerals. Also jewelry, singing bowls- metal and crystal, incense of course as well as a generous selection of tarot and oracle decks. Employees were helpful and polite.
This store offers unique toys and tools for anyone with a curiosity of specialized knowledge and longtime practitioners.

I always find what I'm looking for at The Bag Lady. The staff is amazing!! The ladies provided very helpful insights & suggestions on the types of crystals I was searching for. Nice selection of stones in various price ranges. They've got every type of candle & incense you can think of and the book selections are growing. The store is so interesting & you always meet some cool, like-minded people here.

I had a great experience while I was here. There was a younger lady, early 20s, light skin and she was very helpful. She knows what she's doing and knows a lot about the crystals. I have two different types of sage, she explained everything clearly and easy to understand. I'll definitely be back.
