I currently rent from Gull Isle Realty and they are the best. Any problems that may occur Derrick or Amanda both handle it with haste and you can tell they just want their tenants to be happy. Every time I go to the office to pay rent I feel like I'm walking out of a friends because I leave laughing. If there was one thing I could say negative about Gull Isle is only the no pets aspect, but other than that they are the best realty company I have ever dealt with. For people who care this is the place I would recommend.

Been renting for about a year now. Amy recently did an inspection of my home and she was extremely professional, thorough, and as sweet as can be. Asked good questions knew what she was doing!

My wife and I relocated to Carteret County, Derek took control to find us a home, after looking at several homes he found us the perfect property, we are happy and settled in. So glad we chose Gull Isle Realty.

Just Run… The worst for military families. I had legal look over contract as they wanted to say we signed a lease that we must keep utilities on for few weeks, after move out so that I could pay for water and lights they use. Umm no. I also was extremely detailed of all damage of house since we were told by former employee at walk through that the owner was a slumlord. Needless to say after the 40 pictures I took and emailed to put on file and extensive move in inspection paper they charged me for stuff that was listed. They also don’t fix Work orders properly it gets rigged. Good luck with the rude old maintenance Man. He did nothing but bend over with his plumber crack and Damage my furniture.

I was approved on Wednesday. Went in on Friday to sign my portion of the lease. When my kids father went to sign Friday evening they told him no and refused to let me move in even though all monies where paid. They lied and said he couldn't be on two lease which is a lie for the state of NC.

I will say Morgan was great, but she is no longer there as of this week.

I was trying to buy a listing from Derek Waller.It should have been very simple but it wasn't.I was ready to make an offer and he called to tell me that someone was coming over to buy it.I told him I would take the property at asking price.I had tried to contact him a week earlier but received no respinse.I buy a lot if investment property in the area and have never dealt with this before.It was handled poorly and the seller and myself lost out. Very poor representations.
