Excellent tax preparation

Very cold, rude and unfriendly family staff. Poor communications - does not want or expect any emails. After 10 yrs. we finally had enough of the ungrateful treatment. Our new acct. does our Business and Personal taxes with a pleasant demeanor, much quicker, and is 20% less costly to boot!

I am a manager of a tax office and I have never been spoken to the way these people speak to their clients, I had their clients come into my office and needed their taxes prepared, this company is very unprofessional and I will be happy to serve their clients with the respect that they deserve!!

This cannot be a true rating, but where are all the rest of the reviews???? This site is totally different from the site I saw a month, which was 75 percent or more 1 to 3 star ratings????????
