Bobby from LiveWire Electrical is a very nice person to work with. Duke Energy has provided multiple contractors to contact those who can do the EV Charger installation at your home. I chose LiveWire Electrical, and that was the best decision I took. He asked for pictures and decided to visit the site. In my case, I was looking for a charger outlet on the other side of the garage wall, and significant work was needed to run the wire. He gave me a very reasonable quote over call, and after seeing the site, he stuck to his words and did a great job. I am delighted with his job and recommend him to do electrical work.

Bobby was quick and easy to work with. I was directed to him through the Duke Energy EV incentive program and he helped talk me through the different charger options and find a good, affordable option. Once I got the charger he was able to come out the next day and had it installed in 30 minutes and handled everything necessary with Duke. Super easy!

He expertly diagnosed a short circuit that arose from the work of another contractor, quickly pinpointing its location, and cutting a small hole in the ceiling to confirm and resolve the problem. I tried installing a light fixture to my ceiling on my own and failed miserably. After giving up, I immediately gave Bobby a call and he was able to come over the next day and he installed the fixture within 10 minutes and made it look so simple. I guess that’s why I should always just leave it to the professionals! Highly recommend!

Bobby is the man. I needed something checked out today and he added us to his schedule despite it being booked. Quick, smart and very professional - we'll be using him for any and all future electrical needs.

I needed a full replacement of my panel plus repair of aluminum wire. I got quotes from 4 electricians. One was up front and said it was too big of a job. One was an hvac company that knew I was very concerned about the aluminum and was comparing full copper replacement to just doing the repair and the replacement of panel. One was Bobby and one was some younger men who seemed like they would do a good job but who didn’t think some issues were a problem (no grounding rods, exposed wires). Bobby seemed to be the most experienced and pointed out that the hvac estimate was not giving me what I wanted but I had called that company a few times and verbally all seemed fine. When I insisted the quote be changed to reflect all the alumicon repairs, it came out that the quote was for panel upgrade only. I felt very deceived by them. Ultimately I chose Bobby to do the work and he was great. Did all the repairs, added some light fixtures and outlets outside, replaced wires to microwave and dryer to bring them up to code, lots of other stuff. I feel much safer now having had him do it. Took him longer to finish than expected but well worth the wait.

Had him come out and wire a meter, panel, lighting, and outlets in a detached garage. He completed the work in a timely fashion without issue. Would not hesitate to use him again in the future

Very satisfied! LiveWire was able to come out the same day I contacted them. Bobby quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. He explained the problem and solution clearly in a way that even I could understand. His rates were reasonable and the results were certainly worth the money. I would definitely call him again.
