I've been here 5 years. I work on the PB side in Maintenance and like the equipment. I like my coworker's and management is easy to get along with. The pay is great and I can't think of a better place to work. I hope to stay till I retire.

I would like to say this company is the by far the best company I've ever worked for... when I first started it was a little rocky but management at the MDF plants has came a very very long way... I always feel good about going to work..

Great place to buy tires. Milkshakes were pretty good too.

My place of work I love it here lots of time off and great pay.

I'll just say this:
I'm one of more than a dozen people who work here that have left to work somewhere else, and come back. The grass wasn't greener on the other side of that fence. In fact, I would have taken a pay cut to come back. (I didn't tell them that.)

Oh, of course it could be better. But it ain't bad now.

I’m currently a saw operator in Particleboard. I started as a strapper and was offered the crane job and then was hired for the saw position. I admit the machinery is outdated. However, with proper training, quality board can still be produced. My supervisors are a joy. I’ve seen a lot of negative comments on here about particleboard and I do understand that the working conditions for a lot of the guys on the floor can be harsh but the truth is if you work hard and keep your nose clean you really can go far and make good money at this place.

Check in by hopping on scale, if you got a dry van, they have docks for loading, flat beds have covered loading pads for strapping, did wait a bit to get loaded but no big deal, didn't have an appointment, just told to be here before 3pm EST.

It’s actually been a decent here time in MDF. Great pay, and also fairly easy to move up within the company.

Horrible shipping department, broker made double check to confirm that they are working till 5 pm, my eta was 4:25pm, they told me don't want to wait, because they want to go home at 4pm, and if I want I can do reschedule of my pickup for Monday after noon because all am hours are full,they left me without load Friday at 4 pm, I drove 1 hours through mountains to come and when was 20 min till arriving they said " nobody will be here, and they don't care about me". Management, where is your attitude, how to work when you have so big and irresponsible pigs in your company?!

One of the slowest shipping departments I have been to in a long time. You will waste most of your day here. It’s a wonder any drivers still come here.

I waited nearly 3 hours before I got loaded because of some mandatory safety meeting. They should do those before or after the shift starts. Don't slow down operations and keep the trucks sitting. We don't get paid to sit and look out the window. Now my clock is low on time and I'm gonna be late.
