The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. We went in and asked about beds, food, training, toys, and grooming for our new puppy. They answered every question and even recommended services for social training I didn't know was a thing. Keep up the good work!!

They are always so helpful! If they don't have what you want on the shelf they always go in the back to check! The clerk today came out with three different bags of Timothy Hay for me and the young man ringing me up gave an explanationas to why it wasn't on the shelf.. Customer service is top notch!

My dog loved the place, hill science dog food was less than tractor supply.

Convenient location between Morehead City and Jacksonville, which is lacking in the pet store department. My only complaint is their lack of aquatic supplies for salt water tanks. Other than that they have about anything one may need for the standard pet.

Nelson and Young gentlemen that is more than willing to assist me with excellent knowledge of my fish products and makes it pleasurable for someone new to the hobby to get into.
I pick this place over others just because of superior customer service!

I have very picky dog went in this location a very nice tall young man with beard helped me with food and snacks for our picky diabetic dog went in for one can of food came out with 2 bags of safe treats made in USA with only 3 ingredients and a can of food that Gator loves many thanks to you young man wish I had your name.

I love Crystal in the grooming department she does such a great job on my shih-tzus.

Clean, friendly and helpful. Able to get good vat food and nice bed for my cat n kittens...however, it was a dog bed plush, big and nice. Kittens have taken to their new bed. But Precious did not.

Best grooming experience we have ever had for our fear/aggressive rescue dog. No muzzle required. First time ever. Have had dog for 8 years, regularly groomed always required muzzle before. Carmen is a wonderful groomer. Highly recommend.

Decent pet store right off of the island. They carry almost all of your food brands at comparable prices. They have a bunch of cats in stock in case you are in the market for one of those. There is a bunch of items at the front of the store that have been marked down.

Wish we had one near us. Tractor supply get with the program!! They are superb.
