I took my TV there and his customer service sucks. He has no knowledge on Insignia TV's with built in Fire TV. He insisted I had the wrong remote control for my TV and charged me $40 and he did nothing because he insisted the Alexa remote wasn't the orginally remote for the TV. He held my TV hostage because I didn't think he was worthy of $40.
