Fortune Cookie V Chinese Restaurant

This is the only place I trust enough to get Singapore Mei Fun and Wings with any kind of Fried Rice. Not much a fan of the firecracker shrimp ( more onions than shrimp and the onion flavor is too strong for me) and Spicy beef (more sweet than spicy).

We love Fortune Cookie. This is a delivery or takeout place. There are a few cafeteria style tables and chairs.

We love the food. It's a little pricey for dinner but the food is excellent. I do miss their lettuce wraps which they took off the menu.

They are great with special requests. The fried rice especially is wonderful. I enjoy their cashew chicken and my mother-in-law adored their soup and egg rolls.

This definitely a place to go if you like takeout Chinese. It's a little pricey but you get a lot of food for each dish. The lunch specials are really reasonable.

Wow! We tried this restaurant last night for the first time and ordered take out. We got Vegetable Egg Foo Young, Vegetable Delight, Tofu with Broccoli, and Sweet and Sour Chicken.

First, the customer service was very good, and the vegetarian options on the menu were impressive.

Second, the portions were very generous!! One of the pics I've included is of the leftovers!! The Egg Foo Young alone could have fed three people. It was like 3 or 4 omelets and packed with veggies!!

Finally, the taste 🏆 I've had EFY before where it's just green onions, but this was the whole shebang, and it was DELICIOUS!!! My kids loved the sweet and sour chicken and vegetable delight -- which included TOFU!!! My boyfriend loved the tofu and broccoli with garlic sauce. This is actually going to become our go to spot for take out.

House fried rice and house special egg foo young are God tier. I travel 20 minutes to get food here. Wings and general's chicken are delicious too.

ima be so for real, this place is GOOD i went in to order and although it took around10-15 minutes IT. WAS. WORTH. IT. like i had the honey chicken IT WAS CRISPY MAN... and the flavor??!? 10/10 better than what i expected since it was my first time trying that flavor. This spot is the best one yet TRUST.

The food here is amazing. I order the crispy scallion chicken and crab Rangoon every time we visit.

Decided to try this Fortune Cookie five and it was amazing. I’ve gone to the other Fortune Cookies and they’re amazing also, but I’m just happy that this Fortune Cookie is four minutes away from my home and I no longer have to drive all the way to Kings Drive.

I ordered some general TSO chicken this is my second time ordering because the first time was so delicious. the rice was not dry the chicken was not dry or hard I definitely recommend this Chinese restaurant to everybody .

Super fresh with wonderful flavor! We had crab Rangoon, wonton soup, honey chicken, pork fried rice, house lo Mein, and chicken and rice soup. It was all perfectly cooked and seasoned. Best Chinese food we’ve had in charlotte in 10 years!

I love getting 3 things from here, their shrimp fried rice with chicken wings, their chicken with broccoli & white rice. And finally their order of I think it was spicy chicken wings. All items are really good. And for a good price really. Nice size portion too. I would recommend.

1000/10 recommend! Ordered veggie egg foo young and veggie spring rolls, will definitely get an extra side of rice because you get three huge omelettes! Everything was delicious, neatly packaged (no styrofoam) and piping hot. This will be my new spot, it was worth the extra drive. Customer service and wait time for food was also excellent!

This restaurant is great. I visit here at least twice a week. Great food. Chicken with house special rice is my favorite. Egg rolls and spring rolls are delicious. Great location. Prices are worth it. Quantity is great. Very welcoming. Menu is great. You can order online and it’s ready when they say it is. Great customer service and professional. I will return.

Placed a very large order on 06/05/2022 for me and my family and everything was delicious! The house special fried rice and house special lo mein, the boneless spare ribs, the chicken with garlic sauce, all of it tasted delicious! Would order again with no hesitation

Honestly I've been coming here a lot recently and their takeout is amazing! This is my new favorite Chinese takeout, I've only tried their Sesame Chicken and white rice but it's amazingly good! I live 4 minutes away from it and it's a great place to be located, Especially with many houses around, All I'm saying is that it's a good place and I recommend it! 🥡

The food was excellent, easy to miss spot that my mother-in-law has been going to for years. So much so, that they know her by voice.

One of my favorite Top 2 Chinese Restaurants In Charlotte! This gets my Vote customer experience and Flavor Flavor Flavor! I’m from up north and am very sensitive when it comes to my Chinese Takeout! I was recommended to this restaurant by a friend and been a loyal customer for over 3 years!!!! I love the egg drop soup, General Taos with white meat .. you have to have the shrimp fried rice with extra egg 🥰 I hungry just typing 😂

Well we ate it too fast to take pics. First thing I can say is nothing tasted salty like a lot of carry outs do
that's a huge plus . Got bourbon chicken. Ok it's like real. Omg wow good. You can taste the bourbon. Then got chicken and shrimp combo with rice. Shrimp and chicken wasn't my favorite taste but the broccoli was really fresh and rice was so good. It's yellow rice though cooked with sauce. Then got veg lo main. There's three of us lol. Ok so the veg lo main has real veggies in it unlike other places. It's really good. Then we got egg drop soup. It's expensive but a big one. I guess it's not expensive but food cost have gone up. The egg drop soup was super hot even though we drove all the way to Kannapolis with it. It was really good. And then there were two big egg rolls that were really good. And then they gave us a soda. It was almost $40 but we got a lot of food. Ok and the chicken and shrimp I'm picky. It's probably what it's supposed to be like. Also they were fast and it took only 10 min. I even peeked in the kitchen as I was ordering. And it's clean and they were really nice. It was worth the drive. And they practice masks and have a plexiglass window. Thanks for that. Parking is a bit difficult upfront cause it's a packed shopping center and for those who don't know the area it's kinda hidden but gps gets you right there. Definitely will be back
