Pisgah Inn

My husband and I frequently visit the Pisgah Inn Restaurant and enjoy both sunrise and sunset views on the property. There are rocking chairs to sit in and a nice deck connected to the restaurant and gift shop to stand and take in the beautiful mountain views.
We love the French onion soup and trout! The service is always friendly and good. The gift shop has a lot of nice items too.
Overall, a very cozy and peaceful place to visit on the Blue Ridge!

Even if you don’t have time to stay, it’s worth it to stop for a glass of wine at sunset. Their wine bar serves fine wines but it isn’t stuffy. It has beautiful views, a fireplace, and a fun host Teri who makes each of her guests feel welcomed. Highly recommended!

I went hiking up here to enjoy the fall weather and colors. There is a nice trail just below the gift shop area. They have rockers lined up out side in from of the gorgeous mountain view. The trail was great. There are a few slightly steep and rocky areas so it might be considered intermediate trail.

Even though I was passing through and wasn’t staying there, the location was amazing. The staff there was really friendly. I enjoyed the overlook of the mountains on their deck outside of the restaurant. A local in Asheville told me to check the spot out. Had I known about this place before my prior booking at another hotel? I would’ve stayed here. They had a great gift shop that had so much to offer that I was able to glean from.

Absolutely stunning views and a great outdoor seating area with rocking chairs for beers/wine or a picnic. Didn't stay in the hotel, but rooms have a classic vibe. Attached to the motel is a reservation suggested restaurant with amazing views, deli, gift shop and a stunning wine bar with a great selection with a nice fireplace and more views. Plenty of parking and a general store at the enterance.

Dined at the restaurant. The view was spectacular. Our server was delightful and quite animated. We loved her!
Food was great.. October fest appetizers were yummy!

A beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms are nice. No a/c don’t really need it. Breakfast is delicious but a little pricey, but what do you expect people your in a beautiful place on top of the mountain.

We ate here for lunch. Great view! Above avg. Food- waitress got a lil mad (and it showed through the rest of our lunch) when I reminded her to bring lemon for my dad's water.

We come here once a year and it is a place to fully unwind and relax . Food is so good , I love the chicken pot pie. Every room there has this view. Hiking trails nearby are great too

We have fallen in love with this place. We have come three years in a row and will keep coming every year for as long as we can. The food is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is one of the best in world for a relaxing and secluded get away in nature.

Hard to get in sometimes but this place never disappoints! They were booked solid a week out but called ahead 1 hour and said they could work us in - and they did with the best seats in the house. Staff always attentive and pleasant and the food is always good. A nice treat for our friends from Hong Kong.

If you love great food, a comfortable stay, and the best view of the mountains east of the Mississippi - get up here! We love the mountain trout at the restaurant and the view from your table is unbelievable. Sat out on our room porch for a long time and watched the full moon rise. We just love this place - and you will too!

The view, of course, is beautiful. The Mountain trout, crab cakes, Rubin sandwiches, beer cheese soup, French onion soup, pumpkin soups, oh so tasty. Leave room for their desserts.

Went to the inn to remember a friend on his birthday and to buy a jacket. The price tag on the jacket said $45.00 but we were charged $65.00. what a rip off.

I've stayed here twice before and I plan on going again. The views are spectacular and the rooms are great. My favorite spot was the balcony. They have a great restaurant there too. I had breakfast and dinner there. The gift shop has lots of pretty things to buy.

My favorite place to go in the summer! Have been going for years and it’s always refreshing. Views are spectacular and the property is peaceful and well cared for. Restaurant is good and so convenient. Love the PI and always will!

We had lunch here. Fanastic as always. Great reservation system. I had the trout, Alway good. Highly recommended.

Location on the Blue Ridge Parkway near the 276 highway. I have never stayed there have been for breakfast and lunch. Great views.

Awesome experience. Went here for my daughters birthday. Didn’t stay at the Inn but the restaurant was great. We had the fish and chips. View was incredible
