AT&T Store

The service was excellent. The staff was very very helpful, professional and personable. A shout out to CARLY who really had her hands full, dealing with our situation. But she hung in there and everything was resolved. Also, Anthony was very helpful. Their teamwork made everything flow seamlessly!
One other person I would like to recognize is Mary. We had spoken with her on the Friday before we came back to the store and she set things in motion for us. She graciously answered questions via phone, even though she was not working that day! WELL DONE!!

I literally had the absolute BEST experience at this store! GERMAN GERMAN GERMAN! I gave him a vision of what i wanted and he made sure to break everything down for me! He was so informative, and descriptive with everything to make sure i knew what to expect. i've had a bad experience at a previous store, & i can say because of the excellent customer service at this location, i will be using ATT for everything! Ask for German, he'll get you right!

Julio was super helpful! We came in 2 weeks in a row and both times he sat down with us and handled all of our concerns and got us set up with all the best deals for our devices. Please stop in and ask for Julio! He will take care of you!

AT&T phone and / or mobile service, this is a great location to assist with phone issues and / or mobile issues. They seem to have the knowledge and ability to resolve many issues or assist you with the required help.

Best experience I’ve had with a wireless carrier. This is the place to go if you want things done efficiently. The manager is amazing! She was thorough and very knowledgeable.

This is my go to local AT&T for life! All the staff is super friendly and helpful, they were attentive and knowledgeable about everything. Julio was our representative and he helped us with all of our problems and was a very patient person. He explained, educated us throughly and showed the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Thank you Julio and we will be coming back with more friends.

German helped me out over two days. I came in about a month ago for help and then again today. He remembered details that we talked about in our conversation a month ago. It made me really feel heard. He was very informational and thorough in his explanations. I would 100% recommend working with him.
